  "It was very enjoyable. RThe pillows and bedding were particularly comfortable." (97893161)

  It was very good, from the engaged staff, to the quality of the fitments to the breakfast that was included in the price. We thought it was very good value. Of particular note for us comnuing from the UAS was that the quality of the attentiveness of the staff was very good - there was no surly or disinterested behacvior.

  "Excellent value for money . not your average city hotel chain. Would recommend for both holiday and business use. If only all hotel staff worked as hard to meet the needs of their guests!" (108048953)

  Excellent and extremely friendly service. The welcome and advice from the staff was clearly evident from the moment we arrived.

  The Hotel gave us our every wish. The room was very clean & comfortable with a excellent view. It was a very enjoyable experience.

  "The hotel is situated reasonably close to the centre of Edinburgh if you don't mind a 10 minute walk. Extensive road works at the west end of Princes Street made it extremely difficult to locate hotel from the website information available. The restaurant at the hotel was adequate, however the dinner menu was very expensive and considered overrated plus the cooked breakfast was very bland and tasteless (stick to the continental breakfast). Breakfast service needs addressing as if you wanted tea you got a large pot yet with coffee you were continually asking the busy serving staff to top you up, why? All in all the hotel was adequate but we don't think we would stay there again. One last question, why if the hotel offers fixed price lunches do they not do the same for dinner?" (97210318)

  "We could not find anything wrong with the hotel.The breakfast menu would have to be the best we have tasted, everything presented with care and attention. We ate in the restaurant one evening, could not find fault with any of our order, excellent chef and team." (97326613)

  All the staff were extremely professional,helpful,pleasant, nothing was too much trouble. lovely big room and bathroom, not hot and stuffy
