    "Very enjoyable" (108865002)

    Check in procedure and overall helpfulness of the staff. The room was exceptionally comfortable too.

    The room was very nicely decorated. The pub is lovely and both lunch and breakfast were great. We were quite sorry to have missed out on an evening meal as well!

    Ease of check-in/out. Clean, comfortable rooms with good facilities and tasteful decor.

    Hot water took very long time to heat up

    Large room and modern

    Waited 10 mins for somebody to come to reception desk (pub busy) No hot water until after 7.00am

    Liked the bed, I t was very comfortable

    heating was not on. Although it was not THAT cold, a small amount of background warmth would have been appreciated but, as we were there only over night I didnt worry.

    clean,warm, clean comfy beds,great freeview tv, lovely bathroom wiyh plenty of hot water,

    good breakfast but felt it was a little expensive.

    Bed & main room of good standard & comfort. Food good value. Staff very pleasant.

    Bathroom dated and a little 'worn'. Nonetheless it was certainly functional for a short stay.

    I could not find fault except as below My husband did enjoy his cooked breakfast

    I wis to have a continental breakfast,I expected Fresh-Baked Bread , Muffins, Danish, Croissants, Fruit Preserves and fresh fruit. all I saw was preserves and dried fruit and was only offered Toast. so I had Coffee and s bits toast and paid
