  Would have appreciated e.mail or call in advance, advising of major pubic sporting event, closing access roads, and creating major traffic congestion.............result in delaying arrival by two hours.

  Location was good

  Rooms very small, toilet almost unaccessable for a six footer.

  Hotel was clean and tidy.

  Very hard bed very hot and very noisy on the saturday night did not get any sleep....

  "staff good , very clean , just smallness of rooms & bathrooms spoilt experience" (108824554)

  clean tidy and central location

  room was so small that it spoilt the experience, Bathroom was so small you could not turn around.

  "Ruined by noise and consequent lack of sleep. The hotel had no visible policy on noise levels. There was nothing requesting guests to keep noise levels down after, say, 11pm." (108593837)

  Very clean; good breakfast menu; staff helpful and friendly

  Woefully inadequate soundproofing. Could hear every word of conversations in adjoining rooms and the corridor. Every time someone closed their room door our room shuddered. Other guests very noisy - kept awake until 3/4am.

  "It was so bad I checked out after one night." (107769002)

  It was not a hotel room but a cupboard, the noise from outside kept me awake until after 02.00 and then the noise from some of the guests kept me awake until it was time to get up. Some of the windows did not open, there was no air conditioning which made the room very hot. You do not have the basic necessaties i.e hair driers in the room.
