The hotel is fabulous. The Cloud 23 Bar is very chic and trendy with a stunning view.

I couldn't book breakfast on-line and it was expensive if you didn't pre-book.

convenient parking at nearby car park.

Hotel staff were very friendly, however when visited the Clouds 23 bar, there was no bacardi, only Havana Rum. I had one havana rum, asked for another, but there was none left. I think a well stocked bar on a weekend evening is essential.

Helpful staff, excellent leisure and dining facilities, fantastic bar.

Room looking a bit past it's best, furniture chipped and looking worn.

"poor, not impressed would not go back. you expect to get soem hidden extras/perks when stayying somewhere so called 'prestige' for the amount of money we paid, and it was nothing more than bog standard. " (107912913)

For the cost to stay in the hilton the hotel is not anything special, i think you pay for the name only, i could have stayed at the local posthouse for £35 and the room would have been no different whatsoever. had to pay £12.50 to park as well as £145 for the room.

Poor air conditioning, poor bar/room service/check-in staff, executive bar closes at 20.00
