  the apartment was very roomy

  we were advised when making original booking that there was onsite parking, there was but this was at an additional charge...also the use of the swimming pool was at an additional charge - I feel that this apartment should not be advertised with "pool" as this is neither convenient or included in the cost.

  "If staff had been more flexible and without the credit card fee this is the perfect place to stay in central Glasgow!" (97387865)

  Central location in Glasgow.

  Reception staff was not very helpful and they charge you an extra 2.5% to pay by card. It took us more than a day to get the baby cot that was promised already at check-in.

  "Really would liked to have known about both the £200 deposit and the house rules when booking. The apartments are very close to the shopping centre which is brilliant, however they are next to the central train station and the area gets a bit seedy at night with lots of drunken groups parading through the streets. The apartments are near Argyle St at the south end of town so great for shopping during the day but not particularly near to the clubs and bars of SH street in the north of town. But a very short taxi ride or a 15 min walk will get you there easy enough." (97039380)

  £200 deposit taken on top of the full payment when you check-in. Not explained anywhere previously. ALSO, ridiculous and mainly legally unenforceable list of house rules e.g. you smoke - we fine you £100 then chuck you out with no refund, you make any noise - we chuck you out with no refund etc... More like a military camp than a hotel. Finally, the majority of stuff was broken in the apartment, curtain rails, cupboard doors etc... and it was supposed to be an apartment for 4 people yet they only had cutlery and glasses for 3.
