  "Although I didnt spend much of my time actually in the hotel I found it to be comftable and clean" (108417626)

  The room was a nice size and was well kept, the staff were friendly.

  The price was a bit over the top considering there was no warning on the booking that work was being carried out to the main resetrant.

  Plug in sink could not be removed, had to use bath for teeth brushing etc.

  Everything i would expect of a Best Western

  Lack of complimentary toiletries dissappointing for a hotel of this standard. Not informed when booking that there was a sportsmans dinner at the hotel, subsequently when meeting up with our friends prior to our evening meal the bar/foyer area was extremely full and it was very difficult to buy/sit and have a nice drink

  "Disappointed to pay that price & find all the faults listed above- felt that I should have been offered some discount in circumstances, some people would be very offended at the sex toys found in room." (107514586)

  polite & friendly staff, nice refurbishment (although unfinished!)

  no hot water in mornings,sex toys & lubricant found in bedside drawer, wallpapering in room unfinished, noise of lift kept me awake & was not offered any discount inspite of these things.

  There was a wedding receiption on at the time of our stay. We always sleep with the bedroom window open but unfortunately it was too noisy and the guests were smoking outside which was directly beneath our window.
