  "Good location for transport and outlook from B&B (but we were at the back of the house so didn't have the view) " (107432871)

  handy for transport to city centre

  very basic B&B with a 4star price tag! tv not connected to proper arial so signal was poor. pillows were horrendous ended up sleeping with towels under pillow.

  We did not get correct room the room we had was a small double for 2 adults and 1 child, so a small camp bed was put up on the only bit of floor space, the room itself was cold with a broken window, curtains hanging off, uneven floors. you could barely get in to the en suite and turn around to shut the door it was so small.

  "not recommended for anyone who wants a romantice weekend. Take your own towels and bedding" (107150866)

  far away from town centre - not recommended for disabled or people with walking disabilities. more like 2 miles to actual town centre. Buses are frequent but they dont always stop!

  "would not stay again.our room was an attic room and very small.not worth the charge of " (97281812)

  position was in a quiet part of leith

  we required an early start the following morning and as an early breakfast was not an option we had to miss breakfast

  "Very nice accommodations; good value. The staff was very accommodating, helpful, courteous and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice, quiet location yet easily accessible to bus transportation. Good selection of continental breakfast offerings; cooked breakfast was very good.
