    Good location and value for money

    Sparse room, my key didn't work and would have been reluctant to have left anything of value in my room. Thin walls.

    It was alright for the price we paid, sure what would you expect. It in a good area.

    Staff were ridiculously rude and unhelpful. Room wasnt cleaned everyday. No fresh towels, bed not made.

    Very cheap, good value for money, close to Clapham South tube.

    Shower cold first morning. Walls dirty and very small rooms. Noisy with windows open.

    Friendly reception staff. Near Tube station.

    Rooms needed cleaning and upgrading. Carpets dirty, curtains falling down, the toaster in the breakfast room took too long!

    Excellent value for money for a stopover in London. Was able to park car in next side road free overnight.

    Room at front of hotel very noisy during night. Guests queueing for ages in breakfast room for toast from the slowest toaster on the planet. An investment in another toaster might be a good idea.

    hôtel à proximité du métro Clapahm South et des bus qui vont à clapahm commun + Tesco pas loin

    Nous avions réservé 2 chambres double. Ils nous ont mis dans une sorte d'appartement. Pour y accéder nous devions apssé par un couloir où passait la soufflerie de l'hôtel. Résultat : des chambres avec une literie déplrable. Une salle de bain pour 4. toilettes dans la salle de bain. Pas de sèche cheveux, pas de fenêtre que l'on pouvait ouvrir pour aérer la chambre., pas de téléphone et pas de TV satellite comme annoncé. Ristourne fortement négociée de 70£ mais insuffisante par rapport à la prestation. En plus, ils voulaient nous faire payer une chambre triple qui avait été annulée sur ebooking et pour laquelle ils n'avaient soit disant pas reçu de fax.... Petit déj jusqu'à 10h uniquement, ce qui n'est pas top au pays du brunch !!

    Good value for money, room reasonably quiet, sheets were changed when we asked for a change.

    Worst problem was to find blood on the sheets. The route to the room was strange, through a back courtyard then upstairs. Horrible to pass a broken stained mattress cot on the way. It remained there all the time we were there.

    Room: filled with damp (I think not enough air could enter the room). Bathroom was too small, the rim of the shower was about 50 cm high (tiny persons have to climb). The floor was crooked, so we constantly felt out of balance when walking. General: breakfast consisted only cereal, toast with jam, juice, tea or instant coffee

    Cant think of much

    Room facilities were below standard. No remote for TV. TV switches were broken. Mattress and springs were lumpy. Bed linen was dirty and poor. Breakfast facilities were poor. Choice of breakfast cereals was in adequate. The bread was stodgy - low quality. The dishes were being washed in breakfast area.

    Good Location

    Rooms were small, shower head was falling down.registration staff were not really helpful as I have A Hiatus Hernia and need to have two pillows but when I asked if it was possible to have another one was greeted with a brusque "we have no more"

    good sized room, close to shop and restaurants and tube station

    terrace doors did not lock and there was a window missing in the doors, the kitchen was in need of a good clean, the ceiling in the front room was letting in water, fridge was disgusting, and the toilet should be condemned! revolting!

    Was cheap and as such wasn't expecting a lot. Very handy for the tube station. Good selection of bars in the vicinity.

    For the price i can't think of any.

    "It was easy access to train stations ans within walking distance of where we were going,I felt for the money though it was not worth the price I paid. There was building work going on,no carpet on stairs, no locking window in the room,newspapers on the windows on the landings we were not aware any works would be going on.Tins of paint were also in the passage ways. The bed was comfortable.The loft hatch which was near our room was open and the birds could be heard all of the time. I wouldnt recommend this hotel its not value for money.lucky we were only staying the night and as it was a bank holiday we were limited to the places available now I know why!!!! " (107693433)

    The staff that were doing the breakfast were ok

    The toilet was very dirty and had what can only be limescale and you were unable to tell if the toilet was clean or not as the dirt was so dark and ground in. The tea cups in the room were chipped.Not much customer service.

    Very good value for the money, staff friendly and accomodating.

    Would have been a bit better to have had a lift...it was a long way up those stairs with a luggage.

    Staff was helpful and the room was a good size for our needs. 24 hour access was great. Much cleaner than expected.

    We are not used to city noises and being right on the road was uncomfortable. Building is old and room needs painting.

    Room very hot and extremely noisy. Didn't sleep much. However this is mostly due to fact we live in a very quiet place and didn't know the area. Wanted somewhere in the vicinity of St Georges hospital as had appointment there early in the morning.

    Everything - electricity was out in our section of the hotel, so no lights, no hot water and instead of being moved to a room with lighting, they said they'd have it all going in an hour from when we complained - it was longer than an hour, not sure how long, as we left at 6:00pm to go out, was working again by midnight when we returned.
