    Das perfekte Guest-House: Zentrale Lage, nur ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt, dennoch ruhig gelegen, großer Parkplatz, ausnehmen schön eingerichtete Zimmer, superfreundliches Personal - einfach ein Traum.

    All the equipment and furnishings were of a very high quality and well maintained. The guest house was very clean and well decorated. The staff were efficient, friendly and at pains to be as helpful as possible. A good buffet breakfast was provided.

    Guests should be aware that there are no public rooms except the breakfasting area and coupled with the clinical decor the guest house is a bit spartan with no perceptible atmosphere.

    "Excellent value for money stay in a very nice Guest House, with the added bonus of being within a short walking distance of The Fat Cat, one of the best real ale pubs in the country. To top it all my football team managed to knock Norwich out of the FA Cup." (107618600)

    The whole hotel was very nicely furnished and decorated. My room,even though it was only a basic single, was of an adequate size with a very high ceiling. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The shared bathroom was massive with an excellent shower. All this for a price of £30 a night was excellent value.

    I don't think there were any real bad points, but my one slight criticism would come from the fact that I am not a great fan of hot buffet breakfasts. I would have preferred either a freshly cooked english breakfast or a continental style cold buffet.

    Recently refurbished, clean room. Staff go out of their way to help. Good value for single rooms. Nice touch leaving chocolate on the pillow. Good selection of cereal, fruit, cooked breakfast.

    Some noise from surrounding rooms.

    i cannot fault anything about you;re guest house i was on a 2 day course with accomidation provided in ramada jarvis hotel but came a day erlier i did phone rramada to see if they had a room for the extra night which they did ;nt but i asked what would be the charge if one became avialable which was 157 POUNDS WITHOUT BREAKFAST OR 187 you charged 35 great value

    Overall we were impressed by the cleanliness of our room and surrounding areas, we were accommodated in what appeared to be a recently built part of the hotel as everything still had that new look about it. The breakfast was reasonable and there was plenty of choice.

    Not being allowed to book in until after 5pm, we did arrive at about 3.50pm but could not get any response when ringing the bell. Not a great issue as we just went away and returned later. The eggs for breakfast were fried and were hard and rubbery and cold.

    CLEANLINESS & LINEN UNUSALLY GOOD

    SLOPING CEILING IN BATHROOM FORCES USE OF VERY SMALL BASIN. SMALL SHELF PROVIDED ABOVE IS NOT ONLY INADEQUATE BUT PREVENTS MOUTH WASH WHEN CLEANING TEETH. PLENTY OF SPACE TO RIGHT FOR LARGER SHELF. COLD PLATES SPOIL GOOD BREAKFAST.
