    You totally ignored my request with regard to who made the booking and it ruined the weekend for the couple that were supposed to have stayed there. In the end only one did because of the missunderstanding. For that reason I will never use your facilities again.

    Excellent venue for an overnight stay or short stay. Very clean and tidy. The staff and quality in the coffee shop was very good.

    The person booking us in was efficent but as we were running late to get to a sporting event we asked for a taxi, allthough she booked it she did not appear to realise the urgency and had to be promted to chase it up. In the end we had 4 mins to spare.

    Clean, tidy ,nearby facilities ( pub, curry house ), access to where we wanted to go (the stoop), car park.

    Asked for hair dryer twice never got one, could not swing a mouse round in the bathroom let alone a cat, price of breakfast bearing in mind witherspoons accross the road 4 breakfasts for £18.00!!

    clean with good location

    The toilet/bathroom absolutely stank on the friday night, it was discusting. The sheet on the bed had a good 6inch rip in it, thought the maid would of noticed when she put it on, then maybe not.

    Very Clean - 30 mins walk from Twickenham - friendly staff.

    Very small bathroom - had to hop over loo to get to the shower. Bed far too soft.

    Good size family room with 2 beds as requested. Location for concert at Twickenham.

    Room very warm, no fan/ac. Tried leaving window open at night but way too noisy outside to get a decent sleep.

    Cleanliness

    Door was locked at 10.55 PM so could not get in. Reception was unmanned until around 6AM and the telephone number for the hotel was not answered during this time. My colleague and i were therefore forced to sleep in our car!!!!!!! We were let back into the hotel at 5.30 AM by another guest.

    "It was fair, a bit too pricey for what it was. Breakfast should have been included in the price- as it wasnt, we went outside to eat as food in hotel was over the top." (97250403)

    The location was good. The room was clean and tidy. Tha amenieties were very good in the room.

    The room size was small. The bathroom was ridiculously small. The view was bad. Considering it was an executive room, there ws nothing special about it.

    Within walking distance of Twickenham. Reasonable cost for London.

    Do NOT tell people they can park here - there is a small number of spaces, which were full when we arrived. Nearest public car park is no overnight parking, and staff offered no help or advice at all with respect to an alternative. All previous reviews about the 'bathroom' were spot on - if you sat on the toilet, your knees touched the door - and we're all quite short - share only with those you know intimately! I booked a 'family' room, which was listed as 'family/disabled' on Activehotels. On arrival I was asked if we really needed the disabled facility....which fortunately we did not, as they had booked us into a different room, and the hotel was fully booked.The requested additional bed was not in the room, but was added on request for no extra charge. Having lived in London, I would say that the noise is not that bad when windows are closed.

    Clean room, friendly staff.

    Tiny bathroom (sink overhung part of the toilet, and sitting on the toilet puts your knees against the door). With windows securely closed the noise from traffic and overflying aircraft was intrusive.

    no serious bad points but if anything - bathrooms would not work for anyone very overweight! Also air conditioning would improve the experience on warm nights as noisy with the windows open (close to Heathrow airport)

    Excellent value for money, lovely room and good location. Could walk to TRwickenham stadium and back

    "Our stay was pretty good although, I've never seen such a small toilet/shower room! Very clean and presentable though." (97789592)

    We arrived earlier than the designated check in time. The receptionist made arrangements so that we could check in to our room earlier which was very much appreciated.

    A group of guests came back to their room at approx. 2am and were very noisy, shouting and banging doors which kept us awake for some time. I did mention this to the receptionist on checking out of the hotel but no acknowledgement was made at all.
