    FANTASTIC! WAS REALLY REALLY PLEASANTLY SURPRISED BY THIS HOTEL! GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY BUT ALSO THE ROOM WAS SO CLEAN, MODERN, LARGE, HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED..... MORE SO THAN A LOT OF OTHER EXPENSIVE HOTELS. A REAL GOOD FIND! GREAT FRIENDLY STAFF TOO!

    Modern Kitchen with Utensils. Wireless Internet. TV channels. Tea maker in room. Airy room i.e. large window.

    Very clean,friendly,lot's of space in rooms.All day breakfast with a well stocked fridge for people to help themelves.Overall a very friendly comfortable stay.

    "This is not an apart-hotel as suggested in the description, it is an old terrace house. The guest room was basic and adequate for a single night, however I would not go back. In addition, the 'all day breakfast' consisted of a moist loaf of bread in the fridge and a variety of fruit juice drinks and small boxes of sweet cereals." (107767391)

    The person who met me at the house was very pleasant and helpful.This is obviously a small scale family concern.

    Filthy, absolutely disgusting entrance and stair carpet and unpleasant smell inside the hall and landing. The toilet seat was chipped and peeling and a harbour for germs.

    None! Worst hotel i've ever stayed at

    Room was filthy, communal kitchen was horrendous, rotting food with mould, milk had seperated, fur inside refrigerator

    Good sized and clean room, nice kitchen and use of equipment and food.

    Rather strange check-in procedure and appearance of hotel as a house. Walls rather thin so could hear other guests coming a going.

    Absolutely brilliant! the concept was great, just like having your own bedsit. Value for money 100%. To stay in London for £45 per night, with a stocked fridge to help yourself from. Excellent!

    Clean, staff friendly, food facilitates for cooking and prepare breakfast or tea whenever you want. It is like having a little mini-apartment with the bathroom in the room. It was very clean and quiet. Wifi connection was very useful.

    It is not very in the center, but tube connections are good. It takes around 45 min to be in the center by tube if you need to change lines.

    Convenient to St. Georges Hospital, Nice modern feel.

    No twin rooms all queen beds or singles. One of the upstairs rooms was quite small for a double.

    "I enjoyed my stay, it was cleaned regularly, my room was comfortable. (I would have liked the skylight covered at night as it was directly over the bed and the streetlights were bright.)It was extremely convenient for where I was going. It was easy to get back to Heathrow. " (107864549)

    It was very convenient to transportation and shopping. I liked having the kitchen available 24 hours a day, it made it much easier to eat, instead of having to go foraging. It was pretty quiet and I felt safe and secure there.

    There were a few things that needed to be taken care of. The kitchen needed to be outfitted better, there was only one bowl and 2 dinner plates for everyone. There was a drawer hanging off its hinges; I saw a mouse running across the kitchen floor one evening.

    Very clean, plenty of choice of food, excellent facilities in particular the sky tv. Was also very quiet making it a very relaxing stay. Also very central and close to the shops.

    very dirty: when we arrived we found: basket full of garbage, dirty carpet in the toilet, dirty towels in the kitchen, no paper, hair in the bed, spots on the wall and on the bedsidetable, and the room was made up only once in 5 days.

    Remarkably low cost and overall the reservation and check-in process is very straightforward. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

    I have nothing bad to say about my experience. Obviously you don't expect five-star facilities for this price and if anything, I was pleasantly surprised.

    Good little place to stay, very close to the tube and it's very easy to get to central London. The rooms were very comfortable and well equipped.

    the room was very warm and cosy and reasonably quite the provisions provided were very good and plentiful.

    there was only a couple of things the toilet sometimes got stuck and continued to flush but was to sort out and the volume down button didn't work on either hand set which just a bit inconvient. but that was all

    very quick to remedy any issues

    wasn't sure if there was a contact person on site. I had a phoen number but when someone tried to enter my room at 2am in the morning would have felt better knowing where a person in charge was located.
