Food good, rooms clean and tidy. Good value for Jersey, but not particularly good compared to UK hotels.
Often no-one on reception. Stafff not always friendly or helpful. Rooms not as high a standard as expected.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was extremely good - cooked to order
The bedrooms are a little small and the bathrooms would benefit from a refit (though everything except the shaver socket worked)

"Expensive, only guest! yet when booking online it stated there was only "one room left" The receptionist was suggesting a slow start to the year.....well if is was less expensive you might get more bookings!" (107408852)

"Overall, a great situation away from the crowds with good service" (108099626)
Great service from all the staff
Very noisey heater exhaust at the rear of the building, which effecs many rear of building rooms;a front room would be more pleasurable without this noisey intrusion.

A very nice and clean hotel the breakfast was very good plentifull and served hot cooked nicely The Manager and all the staff i met were frendly hotel is in a nice Quiet location in a village

"Grosse difficulté pour accéder nous avons du tourner pendant 1/2 heure à GOREY à cause des sens uniques et du non fléchage depuis la route principale venant de ST-HELIER pour enfin trouver l'hotel en prenant une toute petite rue non signalée à notre vue pour des personnes déjà en difficulté avec la conduite à gauche peu mieux faire sur ce point le reste étant correct globalement mais même le petit déjeuner anglais était juste en quantité de nourriture donnée" (97456192)
la fiabilité du prix et la typologie des chambres, sans plus hotel un peu vieux

Unfortunately in was at the end of season so there was no evening meals or bar
