    "Nice and cheap for its location. Area is good right near an underground tube line and a fairly good shopping center. Bathrooms were not the greatest, very small but relatively clean. I would recommend this for a couple nights stay but not somewhere I would want to book for my entire trip. Also like most places I am finding if you want to pay by credit card there is an extra charge on arrival" (108314897)

    Bed was big and sheets were nice and clean

    Very easy to miss when trying to located, nothing overly stands out to let you know its your hotel and not someones house. I read a review or two before I booked saying the walls were thin and I just thought someone was exagerating turns out its true I had some people in the next rooms that stayed up late and I could basically hear their entire conversation as if I was in the room with them.

    good location, very good price.

    no staff availability in the morning - use of 'front bedroom' as reception doesn't give a good impression. Not that well cleaned but reasonable.

    "There's potential for this to become a very acceptable guest house if a few pounds were spent to knock off the rough edges eg lay some decent carpets, some prints or paintings in the rooms would add a more homely touch, recovering of the comfy chairs to hide some questionable stains - same goes for the bed divan bases. In its current state I'd be wary about staying again hence my 'no' to staying again. I'm also not sure whether it merits the title 'hotel' - guest house would be nearer the mark. And while I think about it, the 3 day cut-off for cancelling might be reduced to 2?" (107993854)

    Bedding and towels clean, room relatively newly decorated, bathroom clean. Tea and coffee making facilities a bonus and free WiFi excellent.

    No external signage - easy to miss on foot, goodness knows how easy to miss in a car. Room needed a jolly good hoover. Whilst overall cleanliness and presentation was acceptable (just) a little extra effort would pay dividends. I had a front bedroom and street noise was intrusive.

    Easy check in. Clean facilities. Satellite TV.

    No choice of smoking/non smoking room. Light in hall was not on timer - other guests left it on all night.

    there was parking and the room was relatively clean and tidy. I think fro the price, this was acceptable.

    the shower did not work, and needs fixing. As they were fully booked there was no avenue for me to have a shower elsewhere. Tjis was extremely frustarting. A new shower head is surely a necessity.

    Location -- close by the centre of town. Clean place, comfortable bed, hot shower, sufficient storage. WiFi. Positive, helpful staff.

    Easy to find and close to main shopping complex and bus, rail and tube station at Stratford, London. Good facilities to make tea, coffee or own snacks.

    Toilet/shower was small and no surface for toileteries or rails for towels. Nowhere to hang used towels to dry apart from the radiator, which is not a good idea. The room had only one chair for a double room.

    sky box broken - but they promise to have it repaired by the time I stay next week.

    The whole process was hassle free from check in to check out, the staff were friendly and helpful and Sky TV was a brilliant bonus.

    "On the website it said parking available if booked, well i did request for it and had the space for the 1st night. The 2nd night however i was told i had to park 15 mins away from the accommodation as it was not confirmed the space was mine and that the regulars there gets the space. Well i was not told i didn't have the parking space either. Was not happy about this at all, why say there are spaces available if requested when there are only 2 spaces in front of the house? They make it sound like there plenty of parking spaces and didn't let me know that they wern't giving the space to me." (97649085)

    Excellent value for money considering all of the facilities provided

    Cleanliness was not top notch - quite a lot of dust and some hair clumps in the bathroom. But in consideration of the price I think it was fair.

    Ensuite bathroom - always a winner. Facilities for cooking and making drinks when i wish. Staff freindly and helpfull

    Leaves from the trees could make descending the steps a little hazardous. But the tree gave shade and always good to see.

    "It is very okay for a few days. Price/quality is very good for in London. Overall, it looked clean at first sight, but don't look further! That is a pity. If it was cleaner I would really recommand it to everybody. Now, I can only recommand it to (young) people, for a short stay, not expecting too much luxury/hygene. A tip: take your own towels (bath and kitchen) with you and you will really enjoy your stay!" (97858466)

    At first sight, it all looked very okay. There was a kitchen with all facilities you might need, including fridge, dishwasher, microwave, table, some cups etc. We choose for 'shared bathroom'. Despite the fact that it was very small, we could always take shower when we wanted. It was never occupied. There are 2 shared bathrooms with toilet, and one single toilet extra. It is okay for a few days. Price/quality is very good for in London.

    We only got once a clean towel each. The towel in the kitchen was dirty from the day we arrived, and when we left (4 days later) it was still there and not replaced by a clean one. The bathroom was very small. They used towels in front of toilet and bath -not every day replaced by clean ones- instead of a more hygenic bath-mat.

    The friendliness of the staff and the room was absolutely fantastic, always spotless, room 8 is fabulous i felt like I was at home i didnt want to leave. Excellent service.

    Large double room ensuite. Access to Internet for free. Tea and coffee facilities + refrigerator are available outside the room.

    It was a bit difficult to find where to park.

    The room was plain but neat, clean and very modern. There was 24-hour access and a key to the front door as well as a room key. A very simple, no fuss check-in procedure.

    It would have been nice to have been informed there was building work going on next door! We were woken at 8.30am by a drill and a hammer which continued until we checked out at 10am.
