    The cleanest hotel I've ever been in & the room was fantastic, we had everything we could possibly want. Its very new. My beds springs had gone but it was immediately replaced.

    It is not in Shoreditch!! You have to get a bus from shoreditch & its about 5 stops, roughly a 10 minute journey. Hotel is actually in Bethnal Green & in a run down area. They should come clean about this because its hard to initially find the hotel if you think its in Shoreditch, its much closer to get a tube to Bethnal Green & go from there. Also the staff didnt seem to have been trained properly at all, the reception staff are quite gruff & had an attitude on them.

    "After reading the feedback I was in two minds whether to stay. However I relented as it was close to cambridge heath train station (6 minutes to the city - liverpool st) - excellant stay and value for money. Dinner good, Gammon Hamm, Chips, Egg and peas...nice!" (108248359)

    Pleasantly surprised - reception staff very nice and polite, room not problems.

    Close to Liverpool Street station. Comfortable rooms.

    Noisy area, you can hear sirens and vehicles throughout the night, even with your windows shut. No room service. Not a very friendly neighbourhood.

    Check-in poor - reserved room type initially not available & although matter resolved, staff were unapologetic. Also, poor spoken English by receptionist did not help. Hairdryer faulty in room.

    The hotel was near to where my friends lived, so was ideal. Hotel was clean, staff were polite, price was good for London Hotel. Easy to get in and out of London from here, if siteseeing.

    Booked a superior room, but was given a standard, but was no hardship.

    The efficient staff and cleanliness of the facility were much appreciated.

    It would be nice if the hotel would sell stamps for postcards. The restaurant menu was less varied and there were very few items that I wished to eat. The price for the continental breakfast is extremely high for the items it offers. I'm not used to paying for wifi internet access at hotels--it is often included with the room--or at least there is free internet in the lobby.

    Very clean facilities

    The hotel was very full as there was a concert on locally. Management do not seem to have taken account of this when staffing the bar and restaurant areas, therfore staff very busy, breakfast poor.

    Thought the hotel was great. Had no problems, was only there for 1 night as myself and my friend attended the Britney Spears concert at the O2. Next time I return I'd love to stay there again.

    The hotel felt clean and bright and welcoming. The shower in my room was excellent. I was on the first floor and it was really quiet and restful.

    I felt that there could have been a little more choice over breakfast. i.e. there was no fruit like prunes and figs etc., and a bigger choice of juices would have been good.

    Clean hotel, nice room

    Swipe card holder for the lights was broken and took from 07:45 to 08:45 to get repaired. Unable to use the on-suite facilities until the lights were fixed so had to cancell my meeting. I am supposedly getting a refund, wait and see.

    "Excellent, secure, modern and very clean hotel. Close to rail link, and with excellent bus services it was easy to use this as a base for an overnight stay in East London. Very close to the excellent Broadway Market, with a plethora of places to eat and drink, with not a big name chain in sight. Also close to the Hackney Empire theatre." (107545218)

    Safe, clean, modern and convenient accommodation in an area where this can be very hard to find. Close to Cambridge Heath station, five minutes from Liverpool Street and the City by frequent rail services. Near to Broadway Market, an off-the-beaten-track but welcoming, eclectic and pleasant part of Hackney.

    Check in staff seem inexperienced.

    "I normally stay in Premierinns but unable to find one close enough to my sons Halls of Residence, I have stayed in Days hotels in the USA so knew the quality on offer, I didn't expect the high level of care and comfort in Shoreditch. Well done" (107913593)

    Easy check in, well equiped rooms and very clean. I met my son whilst on my travels and took him back to the hotel, for a meal and some drinks. The food was very good and the staff couldn't have been more helpful

    Your indoor car park is too expensive to use, lower your prices.

    Accomodation comfortable. Clean and tidy.

    We requested adjoining rooms (rooms beside each other) and told this was not possible 1st night but was told it would be available 2nd day, however staff at reception were unaware of our request the previous day and this change was not made till 3rd day. Departure check out very slow.
