  Room and staff excellent

  No parking a problem. Noisy guests at night. Breakfast just about OK.

  "clean but had difficulty in handling large numbers at breakfast times and arrival procedure needs to be addressed" (107469714)

  inadequate parking away from hotel,more of a bed&breakfast meal portions to be desired.stairway to rooms requires handrail on larger steps side(spiral type staircase)as I had arthritis problem this was a difficult excercise

  "The main thing is i booked the stay with botanic with you but unfortunatey they did not had any booking details but it was good that they had a room available." (107613904)

  The room was quite nice and clean.

  There was no soap/shampoo in the room so had to go to the reception for that. Shower door was not in good working order water was leaking on the floor even when the door was shut.

  "OK if you get it for a cheap rate,as it is central for the West End, but generally a bit shabby " (107143260)

  Nice big room with a leafy outlook to a quiet street. Very central for the West End

  Felt very much like a budget hotel. Tired and shabby. Seemed to be run on a shoestring with the minimum of staff

  "For the relatively low tariff, the room was comfortable, clean and more than adequate for an overnight stay. I would be happy to stay here again." (107250988)

  The room was clean, comfortable and fairly quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful.

  The cold water tap in the bathroom sink was broken. At breakfast the only coffee available was instant coffee.

  "good location and hotel was quiet, staff could have been mnore welcoming and friendly, young girl attending tables and looking after rooms was the only one who smiled or acknowledged us." (97709965)

  towels not changed every day despite leaving them in the bath, bed were not made upwe had to do tem ourself.
