  The staff were exceptional, but we were also very impressed with the value for money, location and decor.

  Beautiful flat, excellent facilities, right in centre of town. The decor is quite lavish - perhaps not what I'd choose for my home but great for a couple of days. Lovely Egyptian cotton sheets and huge fluffy towels!

  Owing to a booking error, we didn't actually get the apartment we booked (and they couldn't change it as they were fully booked) - but the manager Laura was extremely helpful and we arrived at a satisfactory solution - so maybe this is a good point!

  Location and quality accomodation and great customer service

  Noise, a lot of noise from Hanover street. Almost imposible to sleep from drunk people, taxi cabs, and buses.
