    Rooms were very spacious & modern

    Surprised at having to take own rubbish out & cost of cleaning ie £25.00 for unwashed utensils, & would have been nice for check out to be 12.

    Spacious apartment. Responsive heating system. Lashings of hot water. Impressive kitchen. I particularly liked the balcony with the ashtrays provided because my sister, with whom I stayed, smokes and I do not. The receptionist on duty was very friendly and helpful.

    The only bad point was that the directions from New Street Station did not work! We followed them exactly and ended up having to telephone the hotel. If the directions included mention of the Arcadia centre, it would have helped enormously because everyone seemed to know where that was.

    parking was cheaper than advertised on email-bonus!(£8 for over 24 hrs) Ideal location for shopping trips pre-xmas.

    noisy untill 2am, due to close proximity of bars/ restaurants. Would be problem for small children.

    "Brilliant value for money. Lovely for a group to be able to unwind with a drink together at the end of a night out without having to battle through a late night bar. Would use apartment over hotel rooms again without hesitation. " (97765385)

    Immaculate, spacious accommodation. Great balcony space. Fantastic value for money

    A little understaffed at check in. Poor local signposting so hard to find. But these are VERY minor points.

    The appartments were very well presented, well styled and very clean. Good parking facilities also.

    The list of penalty charges is a bit scary - not sure that they are all required but you know your business!

    Very Clean good quality furnishing. Linen clean and fresh.

    Other residents who made the time away stressful with their drinking, antics, running up aand down on the balcony at 2am in morning. Shouting and extremely noisy. This would have made the trip unsuitable had we all bought our young families. Reception did not act upon the complaint, merely minimised it.

    Generally speaking the room exceeded my expectations, ample storage ans quite spacious.

    Constant failure of WiFi connection. No soap/toiletries in bathroom. Three light points with blown bulbs. No dish towel in the kitchen area. I had to draw attention to all of these matters to the hotel staff and they were dealt with eventually - urgency and speed of response needs to be drastically improved.

    Very spacious, clean and quiet, we attended as a group so the 5 person capcity was perfect and proved excellent value for money

    location, smart appearance and upmarket feel to the place. great to see triple glazing in use. well soundproofed between rooms and floors but some noise from hallway. nice showers.

    no satellite tv, no dvd player, no light in the bathroom (all bulbs blown), sofa was actually broken and could be dangerous as we have two toddlers. no dishwasher.

    near to city center, a lot of room

    loud and noisy when doors of other rooms are opened or closed, espacially saturday --> doors of apartements do not close dense couldn´t find the hairdryer --> was hidden in a drawer
