friendly hotel. excellent food. room all you required.good value for money. central location in Brecon.
one twin bed matress unsatisfactory springs felt! bathroom window propped open by plastic beaker. tv reception could be better.

clean friendly atmosphere helpful staff perfect location good facilities
breakfast is servied from 8-10 AM which I think is some what late. It would be more suitable for me if servied from 7:30 AM. No panoramic views from my room.

Quality and price of food, cleanliness of whole hotel, free wifi, friendliness and helpfulness of staff. real ale
time that breakfast was served - would have liked it from 7-30 instead of 8am to allow time to get to meeting for 9-15. Lack of parking at hotel

Excellent customer service, helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable room and facilities. Good food.
No lifts to get to top floors. Shabby decor in room.

Great central location. Reasonably sized room for a single room.
Room wasn't serviced on the second day. e.g. bin was left full. There was a noisy air conditioning unit outside the window.

Very friendly and courteous staff. Very pleasant environment. Meal in the evening was really nice.
The shower was not brilliant. The hook for the wall was broken and even though it was a mixer tap, the water was piping hot when I only had the cold tap on!! The wait for breakfast took a fair while but that could have been because there was a large party there just before us. Nearest parking was only found after asking for directions in the hotel.
