    Right opposite Liverpool Arena where I was seeing a concert. Clean, modern. Nice restaurant and bar.

    No free parking at hotel - but I knew this when I booked

    Nice pleasant staff, good clean facilities, excellant breakfast facilities.

    When I booked the room I asked for one with a view overlooking the water and thought that this would have been attended to before turning up considdering the room had been booked over 3 months in advance. It was not, however the very nice lady on reception did try and move us to a room more in keeping with what I had asked for - full marks to her.

    Good check in, nice hotel, quick delivery of iron.

    iron leaked everywhere, rang reception 5 times before the phone was answered. The breakfast was awful, the sausages were burnt on the outside and raw in the middle, black pudding undercooked, hash browns overcooked as were the fried eggs. Bacon was the cheapest variety available.

    "Asked for £100 cash per room for room deposit. This was not stated on my booking. The room was only £75!!! Where did they think we were going to pull out £700 cash for one nights stay.Also the booking stated that the room would be ready for 2pm. Hotel stated that the check in was from 4pm so rooms where not ready." (107702004)

    "really lovely hotel, nice location as your close to all attractions however out of the way of all the city centre noise, staff were very friendly and the whole experiance was a good one, we were impressed and would definatly stay there again." (107807637)

    nice clean hotel, staff at the bar very efficiant even though there were a few stag and hen do`s.

    i requested a iron which i was told would be sent to my room straight away however 40minutes later it did not arive and i phoned reception who did not answer so i had to go out creased as we did not have any longer to wait as we would have been late for the theatre.

    Convenient, bright, clean and cheap

    Not enough staff - terrible queues at bar, breakfast etc. No satellite TV. Miserable water flow rate in bathroom and tiny bath.

    Cheap and cheerful, no needless frills,central to most city locations, in a secure location with amenities and attractions within strolling distance.

    No hay TV satélite: sólo británica Desayuno no incluido pese al alto precio de la habitación No había muestras cosméticas de champú, bodymilk, gorro de ducha, etc.

    Excellent service by reception on arrival and departure

    Parking - long walk from the multi storey We arr in the early hours of the morning and had no idea we would have to walk through a public multi storey - being 2 females on our own this was not the best experience!

    I could check-in before 2pm because the room was available, the room and hotel was of an excellent standard compared to other hotels. A taxi was also arranged for me to get to an important interview.

    The room was a bit pricy though that may have been because of not only the location but the day of the week (it was Saturday). It would have been nice if there was a swimming pool too!

    Very clean. Hotel is spacious and looks modern and well designed.

    Walls are so thin it is impossible not to hear other rowdy people in the hall ways, in the early hours of the morning. At 3am there was even some sort of alarm ringing which woke every body up. Air conditioning could not go below 19 degrees, and was not very effective.

    Great access to city. Lovely breakfast. Great views of new arena area.

    Check-in staff very off hand, rude, unhelpful to say the least. Actually diheartened what was meant to be a "treat" for me and my husband. Security staff in evening also quite obstructive and off hand: questioned us twice while inside hotel if we were residents or not.

    Delightful staff. Brand new hotel. Good tea/coffee facilities. Very good for three star. Breakfast included lots of fresh fruit and yoghurt. Lovely view of dock and river Mersey from window. Air conditioning. Lovely marble floors in reception area

    Good room, filling breakfast, courteous staff for the most part.....see below. Convenient location.

    Breakfast coffee left much to be desired with regard to taste. When returning from the Playhouse evening performance the 'Bouncers' at the door could have been more courteous. Was disappointed to find there were no bar snacks available and the Pizza place was closed......only other alternative was the noisy bars across the way.....not an option for me as I was on my own and they appeared to be more for younger generations. Suggest that even a sandwich dispenser might be the answer....providing food also for the people drinking.

    Brilliant view from our top floor window! very relaxed atmosphere around the hotel, really enjoyed the visit and the concert in the facing Echo Arena!

    Bar prices on drinks a little on the top price mark! would like to see a small fridge in the room as i like to drink bottled water! also a nice cold water drinks dispenser would be nice somewhere in the Hotel!

    Brand new, so all carpet, fittings etc were in excellent order. Very comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Very conveniently located.
