  "I had a very pleasant stay here and found that the accomodation was acceptable and adequate for my needs. If you remember this is budget accomodation and not a five star hotel you shouldn't be disappointed. I have no real complaints about this hotel and would stay again." (107367487)

  Fair price to match the expected standard of accomodation and service. Good location, about 5 minutes walk from the North Pier and located in one of the quieter areas. Room basic but adequate to meet needs. Nicely decorated. No one checking up on you or restricting the hours you can come and go as you are given a key for the main door as well as your room door. Friendly and welcoming owner.

  Awful tea bags and coffee left on the complimentary tray. En Suite is extremely compact (think of an area slighly bigger than a single bed to fit in a shower, toilet and sink.) Was able to smell strong cigarette smoke from the next room. Could hear noises such as people running around in other rooms and wandering around late at night. Rooms only serviced every other day. Wouldn't be suitable for disabled guests as there are steps up into the building and guest rooms are located on upper floors with no lift facility.

  Very clean,modern decor and quiet even though fully booked. Staff really lovely, helpful and obliging. Great breakfast. Will definately stay there again. Very close to car parks and close to the sea in quiet neighbourhood.

  Mattress not very comfy for a bad back but didnt spoil stay.

  you dont feel like your beeing watched and left to come and go as you please, which i prefer.

  it was difficult to find someone in the aftrenoon if you needed anything. we needed a taxi 1 day but there was noone there and a hairdryer the next, however i should have remembered my own.

  "Lovely, lovely lovely. Greeted very well and made to feel very comfortable. Lovely clean room and adequate for needs. Excellent value. Would recommend whole heartedly." (107187509)

  Lovely welcome, room very clean and well equipped. Excellent value for money.

  Non really . Had a lovely time but just wish stocks of tea, coffee and milk had been restocked.
