    "O.K. for an overnight stay" (108366324)

    Breakfast was good

    No hot water in the bathroom of our room except from the power shower. Our friends did have hot water in their room. No lift.

    Other guests very noisy at night (as late as 00:48) due to smoking area being outside my window at the front of the hotel. Of a 4 night stay I was woken every night.

    Spacious room. Comfortable bed.

    On arrival the hotel said there was no booking! When shown the print of the confirmation they found a room. TV picture VERY POOR. Almost impossible to watch a programme. Car park always very full.

    Food taste / general Quality No Hot water in the evening & overnight (water leak was fixed by morning though).

    The only bad point and its not really that bad, I thought the shelf above the basin in the bathroom could be moved a little higher as we all hit our heads on it.

    "second time I have stayed and I would go back although accomodation is not 100% clean or up to date - what else can you expect just on the M25 for £55 a night!!" (107862940)

    Value for money, location to motorway and rate includes breakfast, parking and free wifi. Very helpful and polite staff throughout the hotel.

    Would prefer having wifi in the bedroom and not just reception area and bar

    Reception clean and tidy Close to M25

    Horrible musty smell throughout corridors leading to rooms. Room No 150 was old fashioned and smelled like a an old persons home. TV had bad reception, bulbs in bathroom inop

    "I didn't arrive back until late on both nights stay - so noise of the boiler didn't really disturb me - it wasn;t made clear to me that breakfast stopped prompt at 9am - so missed breakfast on second morning. However staff were pleasant and room clean and comfortable" (107805697)

    Friendly, helpful, clean

    shower water temp varied from freezing to scolding. Noisy boiler - that went on all night!

    Very spacious room excellently furnished. Nice big bathroom too.

    None that i can think of other than lack of basic bar snacks, crisp etc.

    Some of the staff were very helpful and new what they were doing. On the whole the bedroom was fine and had been decorated nicely. The wedding dinner was very good and the staff were very hlpful.

    The meal on the night we arrived was poor, it had been sitting for some time and looked as if it had been re-heated. The bedroom was an odd shape and had no drawer space. The bathroom was very cold. The windows in the room did not fit and sound from the road outside was able to come into the room. At b/fast on the sat morning i asked for more tea and I am still waiting for it.

    nice size room with tea coffee and tv etc.. very easy parking. reasonably quite at night.

    Shower not working, reception staff not too bothered when mentioned on check out.

    Excellent location for shopping and reasonably priced.

    No lift or disability access made taking our heavy cases to the first floor very difficult for us. Hotel was very shabby in appearance and needs doing up. Mold growing around the bath/shower.

    Friendly, efficient staff at reception and in restaurant. Served quickly with a great, full English breakfast. Excellent value for money and close to the M25.

    The room was a bit tired. Old carpet, thin matress etc. but for a one-night, cheap stopover it was fine.

    Friendly staff

    Windows not closing completely allowing traffic noise to filter in continuously, and as the hotel is close to the motorway it was very noticeable. Evening food could be improved upon.

    Bar and restaurant on site. Efficient friendly staff. Clean fluffy towels, plenty of hot water.Better location than the local Travelodge we have used previously.

    The room was hot and the fan was not keeping the room at the right temp. I like the hotel but the room was not comfortable. I would not stay at the same room again.

    Rooms clean and comfortable

    When I arrived at the hotel, there was no booking under my name. They didn't received any booking confirmation from active, but I did! I had wrote two emails at the hotel before my arrival to check the booking. The hotel received my emails (sent reading confirmation), but never answered me. I had the booking confirmation number and I had the print of the booking confirmation sent by active hotels! But people at the desk of the hotel didn't know anything about my booking. Finally I could have the rooms I needed (and the rooms were ok, clean and comfortable), but only because there were vacancies...
