    Beautiful setting. Very friendly welcome.Great to be able to come and go during the day. Very fair price. Accommodation very comfortable and clean.

    Excellent Service, very freindly and accomodating

    Orange phone signal and with out a phone in the room this is a fairly major issue. I was just able to make calls but it was not straight forward. phone in house was offered.

    friendly staff, warm welcome and loved the animals roaming free , good provision of tea , coffee,and bottled water in the room. towers nice and clean , nice stay and would return.

    The bath mat was dirty and needs replacing and the heater and tower appered not to work. I am a electrician and all the circuit breakers was on , which seems to say the fuse in the unit needed replacing.

    "Peaceful, relaxing, modern decoration and facilites but with character and charm of old Farmhouse outbuildings." (97802358)

    Peaceful, rural location and setting; conversion of outbuildings into individual bedroom units with ensuite were very well converted; fresh fruit and selection of hot drinks in room; comfortable and pleasantly decorated bedrooms; an easy 20 minute walk to Bradford Upon Avon village itself.

    Only complaint was the shower was a dribble, but there was plenty of hot water and a bath as an alternative.
