Hotelmanager freundlich und flexibel, Wunsch um Verlegung auf Zimmer mit Seeblick wurde gerne sofort erfüllt. Tolle Aussicht, gutes Frühstück.

Nice room, jacuzzi bath.
Noise of guests, awake in bed for 3 hours during night, no maintance of bad behavior of other guests. Front of guest house very run down and did not correspond with pictures on website. Derolict building next door.

"We could see this guest house struggles to keep up to date, which is not helped by the surrounding properties. It was adequate for an overnight stay, or for a family on a budget. We wish them luck in these difficult times, when guests are demanding 5 Star treatment at 2 Star prices." (107727080)
Dining room was clean tidy and well decorated in modern style. It overlooked the sea, and the staff were efficient and polite. The scrabled egg was very good and their coffee was excellant. The room was adequate for a one night stay. The upstairs landing was well decorated and modern.
The outside of this beautiful Victorian Terrace is a bit "tired" and it is not helped by the state of some other houses in the terrace. The entrance hall needs updating and a more welcoming feel to it. The room lacked little touches like saucers, pictures and less worn towels. There was a damp spot above the shower. The bacon had been cooked and then microwaved.

Fantastic central walking location. Beautiful look over the bay.
Typical European hotel/ B & B -- the room is small. I thought it was great value for the money. Loved the location. My kids wanted more American tv. Pity them.

everything worked
we payed 90 pounds for one night for bed and breakfeast when we got the breakfast it must of been cooked the night before and heated up. it was horrible the worst fry i ever tasted

The hot water trickled out and I was waiting for a half an hour before someone came to the front desk to check in.

Nice Breakfast and sea view.
When we cheched out, the card machine didnot work. the Lady staff said if I put in the wrong PIN! Does it mean I donot want to give money to her?? The reason is that the telephone was not handed off, machine was not authorid!

The booking agent did not notify the Hotel of my booking. Had it been a busy weekend We would of been homeless. However the staff were very helpful in this situation...........

"The guest house was clean and had friendly staff. It was central to all main attractions. I just feel we were given the worst room in the place for the same money as some of the rooms we seen on the way to our room." (99905995)
nice area, friendly staff, tasty breakfast
the room was could done with some diy work as a door frame was very loose preventing an easy exit from the bathroom. A piece of wood fell loose out of the wardrope when I opened it.

Good Location, Nice views from front of building
Towels were about 1000 years old; some were so bad they had threadbare holes in them. Beds creaked, windows were dirty. Back yard was visible from corridor and was strewn with old flowerpots and other discarded items. This yard was also supposed to act as a fire exit. Breakfast was barely edible.
