  "Nice hotel for overnight stay." (108454286)

  Friendly staff. Good english breakfast. Nice reception area, bar etc. Easy to find.

  The hotel was advertised at being 10 mins from Cardiff but it was actually 20 mins which cost about £30 in a taxi one way.

  Good breakfast, service friendly and the hotel was clean

  decor is dated and some areas need some TLC

  Relaxed & homely feel and all that was required was available.

  I had booked 2 rooms for two of our employees. On arriving they were told that, despite having the online confirmation details with them, the rooms had not been booked. Only one room was available which meant that the two of them had to share.

  "Very adequate for our needs." (107630527)

  Conveniently situated for our needs, with good basic facilities.

  Suspect we arrived at not the most convenient time, with reception a little limited in scope. Staff mostly friendly and warm, but lacking a little in some ares of information that might have made things a little easier. Food was of such proportions that we, in a somewhat elderly age-profile, found the dishes just a little too large. A shame to waste some!

  the staff were all friendly and helpful , easy to get to Cardiff , great breakfast
