    "apart from the bad points all in all it was quite a pleasant stay" (108426596)

    very quiet and a very modern hotel. we liked the idea of an apartment rather than a hotel room

    floors and window blinds could have been much cleaner.also think parking should have been free for guests

    Clean, fresh, modern.

    I couldn't keep a key to the underground car par during my stay, which meant I had to keep going all the way to reception to collect it and give it back.

    Reception staff pleasant; apartment spacvious and comfo0rtable.

    Poor ventilation. Fan broken, and lights in bathroom too dim. Staff refused to provide a wake up call.

    Clean, comfortable. Welcome pack a pleasant treat - Although was not made clear if it was complimentary so dared not used many things from it - just the essentials!

    Wine - very expensive Take away food - rubbish! Living Room and Bedroom - very cold (no heater or heater not working) Noise from the extractor fan near the bedroom Bad experience with another guest blocking entrance to my car - staff did not or could not help - wasted 1/2hr and was late for a business meeting! Staff could not give helpful directions to the apartment - wasted 1/2 looking for the place.

    Lovely apartment, well appointed. Car parking on site. Excellent situation close to university, which we were visiting, and the city centre. This was excellent value for money.

    Only thing which could have been better was the signposting to the place. We drove past it, round it and then went to the office where we were directed to reception!

    "This has got to be the best value accommodation I have ever stayed in. Everything from the bed linen to the 42" LCD screen boasts quality throughout. Perfectly located just off the main street but far enough away that you can still get a good nights sleep." (107695315)

    Fantastic value for money. Very luxurious and high spec accommodation. Lots of breakfast/snack type foods included. Perfect location to experience vibrant city life.

    Really modern and clean. They left lots of tea, coffe milk and breakfast items. Nice touches like dressing gowns and flowers. Highly recommended.

    "it was more than we expected. both me and my partner loved the apartment and also enjoyed staying in that apatment.." (107472304)

    the apartment was beautiful, my partner loved it and so did i. the way it was set out made it look much better. we also loved the balcony, going out and enjoying the sight of manchester city centre from above.

    there was no fan in the toilet (unless we didn't notice it), this made the toilet stream up whilst having a shower/bath, and sometimes it became hard to breath. the lights in the toilet were pretty dim, and it seemed dark wen u entered.

    Very good hotel, well priced

    Very poor online booking system - it wasn't at all clear whether I was booking rooms or apartments and I ended up booking the wrong thing, which had to be rectified afterwards. A pain the butt for everyone.

    "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay; the apartment really could not have worked out better." (108041041)

    The apartment was beautifully presented, with brand-new equipment, and was spotlessly clean. The location is convenient for tram links, although the surrounding streets are eerily quiet at night, which might not suit anyone who does not like walking alone.The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the overall price was below that for a 3-star hotel much further out of the city. The breakfast basket was a great idea, and we also were provided with enough bread, milk and other breakfast provisions for our 2-day visit.

    The only negatives were that the gym is not yet open, and the lift access on 4th floor looked very battered, which did not fit in with the overall appearance of these beautiful apartments.

    central location, lovely rooms, nice to be able to help yourself to breakfast in the morning.

    lift took ages!! ended up walking the seven flights of stairs twice during stay, and noticed I wasn't the only guest doing this! even though it arrived twice was full with staff...

    "Would have liked more time to enjoy the appartment however we arrived late due to poor directions and heavy traffic. Enjoyed what time we had there we just had no time to relax." (97767064)

    The accommodation was first class very clean with attention to detail such as the roses on the pillows etc. All mod con's.

    Very difficult to get to, need a good map on the web site. Took D.V.D's to watch was told by the night watchman it was disconnected. Could not get hob to work. Need instructions on use of all equipement in guest handbook.
