    Lovely decor and friendly staff

    Lack of adequate parking. The room that we had was not ideal with the bath in the room. I found that I was hopping from bathroom to bedroom to get things that I needed. It was slightly annoying and I prefer a shower any time.

    Got a free room upgrade. Excellent room and bathtub free drink on arrival -excellent!

    Fruit at breakfast could have been more.

    excellent welcome.our guests we invited for dinner thought the food was very good

    it was a shame the plugs in the wash basin were not working also the hot water was just a dribble in the wash basins which meant i could not have a wet shave

    "Very good, but expensive for the room I had (No 4). Parking can be a problem." (108593022)

    Very friendly Staff & helpful.

    Bathroom too small (tiny) & shower control failed to maintain temperature - gradually increased to very hot. Plumber whom repaired the shower the following day used the bathmat to "dry up", & it was left for me to use in the evening - very wet, grease marks , dirt & all. Not picked up by Hotel Staff.

    Staff was outstanding and so was the food. Would have preferred to have a shower in room vs bath, but other than that we really enjoyed our stay. Kudos to Jenny and her team and thanks for everything!

    A lovely hotel with very nice decor, quiet, excellent restuarant and extended check out hours made for a very relaxing stay. Very friendly local staff. Nothing was too much trouble.

    Airconditioner was noisy, remotes for the TV needed sorting out.

    Every room has a character of its own. Mine had a sunken bath big enough for two and a television at eye level once you are in it! Excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff went well out of their way to be helpful. Food very well prepared. Free tea and coffee. Individual treatment for each individual guest. First rate.

    The wardrobe could have been a little larger.

    Very nice people running the hotel, did not try to get more money out of us for little extra's - food excellent, staff helpful and courteous, everything clean and tidy. Lovely bedroom with modern ensuite.

    The only bad point was that there was not a shower.

    we were very impressed with every one and every thing and will definatly book another stay only for longer! and not having to book out till twelve which means we could have a nice lazy morning.

    Excellent factilites in the room. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Beautifully presented rooms and food.

    Room service tray wasnt removed when requested. Jacuzzi bath wasn't emptied when requested as their was a broken plug.

    Excellent service from all staff, very friendly and welcoming also the quality of the rooms was impressive

    Minor leak from hand basin was pointed out on departure, could be a case of style over substance

    A very nice small hotel, excellent service, excellent room

    Some fittings in the bathroom were not working, but the hotel did point these out, Very disapointed to find NO coffee/tea facilities in room, very poor for a hotel charging such high rates.
