    "Good experience overall" (108190147)

    Music that was piped throughout the corridors of the Hotel kept me awake for much of the night as it was audible from inside the bedroom. It was finally switched off at about 03:00 - probably my fault for not complaining to reception earlier!

    good location, good specifications, friendly efficient staff. very comfortable room

    Not bad, but, bed reading lights are lacking. TV not fully tuned in.

    lovely and clean.

    bar area can be made more attractive, didnt really seem like a bar as such, just another room with no service or atmosphere. had to make do with settees in reception/bar.

    Very friendly and positive staff. Excellent restaurant for evening meals and extremely good value for money.Free wi-fi in lobby.

    No muesli available at breakfast. Cooked breakfast only lukewarm.It would be better if wi-fi also operated in bedrooms

    Excellent room layout; delicious buffet at breakfast; friendly staff; good setting; clean and welcoming

    The a la carte restaurant would not work with small children. However, you can have your meal delivered as room service and the room is plenty big enough to eat in comfort, so this is not really an issue.

    "We stayed on the first days of the February snow storms. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, despite pulling double shifts due to the weather. Evening meals a bit nouvelle cuisine but very nice. We are hoping to return in the summer." (107608165)

    Room very clean and comfortable, very pleasant residents lounge area.

    No real bad points, though the TV could have done with re-tuning (maybe due to weather)

    "Good clean, comfortable hotel, I would definately stay here again." (107108719)

    The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. It had a large clean bathroom with bath and shower. There is a large car park. The area is very quiet and peaceful.

    The entrance to the hotel car park is on a bend in the road and this makes getting in and out difficult as you don't have a clear view of the road. There is a restaurant but the menu looked pricey so we didn't eat there.
