Fresh,clean surroundings / room, a quiet night - no disturbance and a good hearty breakfast made it a very enjoyable stay.

reception, attention to clients came second to functions held,poor lighting in rooms especialy bathroom, poor location in a area not safe to walk at night to many drunks,

"The lady on the main reception was the most pleasant and friendly that I have ever met at a hotel. The room was clean and tidy, the food was excellent and the facilities brilliant. The staff made our stay welcome. Thanks once again." (107158500)

Close to where we wished to go.
Hate the dining room area - no character No map at reception of how to find the hotel - only words. A bit noisy at the rear due to the construction site next to hotel.
