    Friendly although seemed overworked but always keeping a sense of humour. Service was fast. Staff at brealfast was there but waited to see of you wanted help before asking.Good

    Did everything it said on the tin

    Lacking soul, but understandable for this type of hotel. Guiness in the bar would be a welcome addition.

    Quick booking in and friendly service, good comfortable and clean accomodation

    Only bad point was the internet service. I was charged £5+ approx to use the internet, this service was completely unusable. I intend to write in on this issue for a refund

    Booking was very easy and arrival very smooth. All facilities very available, the staff were friendly and helpful.

    Noise levels were extremley high, children were allowed to run about in the corridors from 6.00am

    clean freindly hotel polite staff,but a little slow,

    noise from other guests,was very annoying there seemed to be no control on any one we had noise next to our room until 3am and then doors were banging again and shouting at 545 am so overall not much sleep was had,also the carvery at the near by toby closed 15 mins early so we could not get any food,which is probably a good thing,

    Good sleep, tidy and clean room, good food with a decent selection, relaxed atmosphere. Facilities good. Does exactly what it says on the tin, so to speak. Zid from Brighouse.

    Clean, friendly, good breakfast, excellent staff.

    Bar area a bit disappointing - not cleared so appeared dirty, inadequate seating area.

    Nice clean well cared for hotel

    Restaurant facility good have had a wider menu for the business traveller. Not everybody needs burgers or a curry.
