    "The hotel was in a good location and was generally of a good standard. I would stay there again." (108206211)

    The hotel was clean and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was excellent.

    The water was not hot enough for a shower or a bath in the evening, although this was not the case the following morning.

    Staff are really helpful. Great location

    The booking through Active Hotels had not gone through to the hotel, so they were not expecting us. Luckily they had a spare apartment available but it was very much in need of a refurb.

    customer service was excellent and food was very good

    room was not very clean and shower was hopelessly inadequate (a trickle of water)

    Very friendly, attentive staff. Lovely food and fabulous location. Very relaxing. Simon Manager, Ian and Phil (had permission to mention them by name) were all wonderful.

    Rooms recently updated. Clean and well maintained.Outlook great scenery, a joy to wake up to. Staff were genuinly friendly.

    The internet site was confusing to me. I put in the place to stay as Tenby, and this hotel came up, 32 miles away. Surely if you say one place, that is all the hotels should be?

    Bar meals and breakfast good, quality and quantity. The owners were friendly, once we met them. Breakfast room pleasant and bedroom reasonably modernised. Location was the best point, with views over Cardigan Bay and estuary.

    Exterior dingy and unwelcoming, not a hotel, a pub by the river which looked very tired. Closed when we arrived, felt like we weren't expected. Room small,back facing and no river view, no hairdrier.

    Staff friendly and attentive, had quite a laugh with the bar staff. Food and service good. Great location and gorgeous views. Room recently refurbished to good standard.

    Some muffled noise from bar below travels up to bedrooms, only noticeable because we had an early night.

    "A most enjoyable experience, from the warm welcome to the fond farewell. The landlord & landlady were extremely helpful as were the staff,the food & beverage was top class & the rooms well appointed, clean & very comfortable. I hope I get chance to stay there again." (107805800)

    The rooms were very well appointed from decor through to the TV. They were also spotlessly clean. The food was excellent with an extensive menu which also included some local produce.

    The wine choice was a little limited & the house wine a little on the expensive side at over £10.00 per bottle.

    Superb location, very friendly, helpful and welcoming host, clean, recently decorated room with splendid view, good breakfast and dinner in the bar cooked with local produce.

    Don't be put off by the slightly shabby exterior, as inside everything is recently-decorated, comfortable and pleasant.

    Beautiful location. Warm welcome. Friendly hosts working hard to please. Lovely decor and good quality bedroom furniture, very comfortable bed. Nice bar. Excellent home cooked food - recommend Steak&Guinness pie.

    Difficult to find using map on the website.

    Very friendly Fantastic up-grade Great location

    The hotel has a rather shabby external appearance but don't let that put you off.

    Food was excllent. Staff were relly friendly and you could see the development in the place. Lovely settings............

    forgot to mention its above a pub, music and noise can be heard in room from bar not good if you have a baby......
