    "The hotel and service is correct and worth the money" (108781762)

    Clear and comfortable room, nice stuff.

    It's hard to get in the hotel after 9 pm or early in the morning, because the door is closed and the receptionist answers very slowy the ring.

    very small room, heating on constant unable to turn it off, couldn't open window as traffic was too loud. Sink in the same room as the bed, toilet and shower room very small, no tea or coffe making facilities.

    "this was a quick booking as we knew the area would get booked quickly due to the rugby, but was very disapointed in the room and breakfast bar, wish I had read some reviews that i found later " (108510111)

    room was made up daily and clean towels left out

    headboard not attached to bed, bed against a window wall with long curtains so pillows kept falling down to the floor, had to remove 5 slugs from the bathroom, spider webs could of been removed. continental breakfast ??? rice krispies, cornflakes, toast, marmalades and jam

    Reasonable value for money

    General room facilities and comfort only adequate (as a bed and breakfast)... no tea/coffee facilites in room or hot water from basin.

    no on-site parking like it stated on-line, and the breakfast was not very good unless you only like toast and corn flakes!! very small shower and toilet...

    Staff were very friendly and helpfull, room was clean and cheerfull

    The room was cold, curtains were poorly fixed and although I initially thought overall it was good value for money my stay was ruined by a very loud, obnoxious group of males in the next room. There was no lock on the bathroom door which made me feel too uncomfortable to have a shower especially in light of the above mentioned guests

    Very good value for money and an ideal location for watching events at Wembley. Also the room was clean with a modern bathroom and modern breakfast bar

    Located in an 'indifferent' area of London. We felt a little uncomfortable venturing out in the dark. Also at breakfast a couple of the cleaners watched over us whilst we ate making us feel a little uncomfortable.

    room ok

    continental breakfast dreadful - sat in their kitchen perched on a stool, had a bowl of cornflakes and 2 slices of toast and weak fruit juice. that ws all i was offered. couldnt wait to leave

    "Really glad we booked the hollingbury. We were two of the lucky people who didnt get stranded for the night after Madonna at Wembley. Great price and no problems. be back next time." (97682679)

    Spotlessly clean room, good service at breakfast, 24 hour reception, great price.

    No kettle in room and shower wasnt great.

    The room was clean and the bathroom too. Staff were friendly.

    The shower didn't work and I had to go to another room to shower. I don't know what they'd have done if the hotel had been full. Breakfast was not served at 7.30 as advertised as the 'cleaner' hadn't turned up. I had to make my own coffee and ate dry cornflakes as no-one was there to give milk.
