    Pleasant & helpful reception staff. Comfortable room. Did not actually use the free WiFi but it is an important attribute.

    Parking - not very happy about parking at the back of the Hotel and parking at the front meant going across a footpath that could be dangerous for pedestrians. Building in progress that was not made evident on booking.

    THE HOTEL WAS MODERN AND CLEAN

    We were told the bar would be open on the evening when we returned from our night out it was closed due to a wedding party, there are no shops in the area that you could go to buy anything i.e. snacks and drinks etc.the traffic noise in our accomodation was horrendous it was like having our bed on a motorway island,

    The frierndliness and helpfulness of the staff was appreciated

    The bath had aq crack and section missing. The (wooden) window was in a bad state of repair.

    "The room is poor for two adults with a child. It should have been a single room but was used for double room. The child cot we were promised on the internet before booking was non-existent. There was no fridge in the room but we were told on phone that the rooms have fridge. I did not enjoy the stay as I had to relocate to another place the next day." (108481519)

    "Bookin in process was ok, but room needed a complete makeover, wardrobe doors hanging of bathroom extremly small, shower curtain hanging off, sink cracked, clenliness poor and worse of all windows would not shut properly and road noise was terrible. I think that the hotel is going through a refurbishment, but at the time of my stay well you have read my comments." (108252174)

    Clenliness of room, facilliies in poor repair, nosie for road due to ill fitting windows, a double and single bed in the room single bed was infornt of the dresser and window, curtains pull cord did not work,ETC.

    The gentleman on reception was brilliant in helping me get parked and giving directions to the event I was attending in the evening. Receptionist in the morning was excellent ensuring my stay had been comfortable etc The room was one of the newly refurbished ones and the standard of facilities in the room where excellent and done to a very high finish. Breakfast area was bright, fresh and very clean, well laid out. Service from the staff was brilliant.

    Only thing I could fault (and it is a minor fault) was there was no mirror in the room other than in the bathroom, I did mention it to the receptionist in the morning and she told me that this was in hand as the purchase of some suitable mirrors had been made.

    I would stay in this hotel again, the staff were very good indeed. parking was no problem, and plenty of hot water, maid service was very good.

    electrical sockets could be above desk. as it made it difficult to make coffee, and use sockets as they was underneath desk.

    Helpful staff clean room good breakfast choice.

    Dining room closed on night of my arrival food offered from local takeaway menus which looked very much like local kebab shop.

    Staff at reception very welcoming and very helpful. The bed was very comfortable.

    LIGHT IN BATHROOM DID NOT WORK AND SHOWER HEAD WAS LEAK. STAFF AT BREAKFAST VERY DISORGANISED PEOPLE NEEDING TO SIT DOWN AND TABLES WERE NOT CLEARED. BREAKFAST WAS LOVELY AND HOT BUT TOOK SOME TIME TO COME.

    "The stay was ok, the shower of the ensuite was quite dirty. I was glad to see that hotel was being renovated but this should not account for the dirt/mould/scum in shower. The staff were nice. " (108034052)

    Staff were able to accomodate my food allergies without any hassle Close to where I needed to be in the London area.

    Problem occurred as person staying in hotel wasn't the credit card holder and at no point on the web booking did it state that card was needed to be presented at hotel. It caused unnecessary hassle for the person concerned who was staying at hotel. Shower dirty.

    Boarded up windows. rooms smelt of cigarettes. Weren't allowed to use the bar in the hotel as there was a wedding on.

    receptionist was very helpful and should be commended for her customer service.

    we were told at the time of booking that it was very close to wembley stadium. it wasn't. We even rang the hotel to confirm how far it was. Also the shower and w/c cubicle was VERY crampt and smelt. the tv remote control had no batteries in it.

    staff were trying to be business like and helpful but facitities were not up to scratch.

    general clenliness of rooms/carpets/flooring etc needs attention and upgrading. first room allocated was to noisy on first night and we would certainly have left but for the manager asking us if all was well.
