    good location. nice hotel/design

    breakfast was not value for money at check in was made to authorise payment for amount which was more than room + breakfast charge in case of other expenses which is something i did not like.

    Nice public areas, well presented

    Staff not particularly friendly. Room smelt of smoke despite being non-smoking and because hotel was full we couldn't move, understandable but no apology. Air conditioning startling rattling at 2am (despite not being on). Fire alarm malfunctioned at 7.00 on Sunday morning. No apology on check out.

    "it was my second time at thw hotel. I found the staff on the whole help full. when I highlighted the problem with the sheets, the matter was quickly addressed and I was up graded to a much better room. I was disaapointed with there in room dining selection." (107844655)

    Friendly staff and great location. Good customer service.

    Cleanliness of the hotel room, stains on the bed sheet (complained and room changed). Went shopping got taxi back with a lot of bags and there was no one to assit me at the door. room service selection is poor.

    The bath didn't fill up even after 45 minutes, made compliant first day, still not fixed by the time I left after 2 nights stay

    Staff was very helpful and responsive to complaint about the bed in first room.

    The concierge and reception staff were extremely diligent.

    The room was appalling and the entire shower flooded the bathroom. Unless you upgrade you are given a cramped room and clearly none of the facilities had been checked. There was also no cold water coming out the wash basin - only boiling hot.

    Staff very friendly

    I am allergic to dust and I noticed my towels were not changed while I left them on the floor of the bathroom on purpose in order to be changed.I didn't find the Health & Fitness facilities very clean and need refreshment

    1.Problems checking in were advised we had no reservation and was told my booking number was wrong,even though this was sent to me via email. 2. Bathroom was too small almost felt clausterphobic and was not clean to my standard 3. At 10am whilst I was getting changed someone opened the room door and quickley shut it once I shouted. When I told the receptionist she just said it must have been a cleaner and dismissed the issue, not the professional manner I was expecting.

    very clean room, comfortable bed. Modern design, very good commodities.

    we could hear the lift from our room. Very bad soundproof in general. Also small room for a 4 star hotel. We did not want to try the breakfast considering the price they were charging for it.

    Location was great for shopping. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Free use of business center.

    In house dining was poor-selection was limited and the one time I did order the food was salty. Towels were old and dirty. The general cleaning of the rooms could have been better.

    Excellent location. Room ok -we had to change rooms becos lavatory blocked, this was done swiftly and helpfully - room service good, all staff very pleasant and helpful, good shower, taxis always available outside hotel

    climate control didn't seem to work as room far too hot, no bath robes supplied and we had to ask three times, breakfast ludicrously expensive but think prob. in line with other similar hotels, barman didn't know how to make cocktails requested (negroni for example), and didn't have ingredients (no ginger ale for example)but he was very pleasant

    Very well appointed hotel. Nice decor and well maintained. Friendly staff. good facilities. Excellent location.

    Room and ensuite were adequate but not large. The windows were frosted, so no outlook.

    Lovely room and very comfortable bed. Friendly staff and excellent swimming faciliies!! Plasma TV as a bonus :) GREAT value for money!
