Friendly staff, Well looked after rooms, lovely village and countryside around hotel, good well-cooked food, good value for money stay.
No real bad points but no economy cooked evening meals - we eat by way of supporting hotel. Premium on sausage/bacon because of rare breeds - certainly tasted good.

good food .Helpful staff.good value for money.pleasant atmosphere
Very small room.wardrobe had only 2 hangers.only 1 bedside table in double room.no electric shaver point

"A very enjoyable stay at a lovely hotel. I would stay here again. " (107663191)
Friendly, helpful staff. Attractively decorated and furnished. Very comfortable bed. Very clean and well maintained. Great food.
I was initially told that full English breakfast was not included in the room rate, and would be an extra £9.50 this was resolved on my 2nd morning.

"Room clean and tidy but to small" (107963550)
The hotel and the room was spotless breakfast was good
The room was tiny had I been paying the full price I would not have been happy there was'nt room for a wardrobe.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable mattress. Good evening meal.
Breakfast buffet offering could have been more extensive ... eg better variety of juices, etc.. Worst point = bathroom extractor fan did not work and bathroom had no windows.
