"Excellent value for money as apartment was centrally located and was fully equipped with integrated kitchen, plasma tv/dvd, iron/ironing board, hairdryer etc etc. Despite comments made on other reviews, our apartment was very clean and we were all very pleased. "As good as the pictures on the website but could have done with a thorough clean. Good value especially as a substantial breakfast was included at a nearby restaurant. Definitely worth staying here when visiting Liverpool." (107381555)
Excellent location, good size apartment, both booking staff and hotel staff very helpful and friendly, good modern decor, free wireless access, comfortable beds, good price
Really could have done with a thorough clean, bathroom floor was sticky, blinds were filthy, kettle had some kind of growth in it, hot water went off and the boost didn't seem to work and tv wasnt working as coaxial cable was missing.

Cleanliness, central location.
Noise when windows open. Rarely saw any front of house staff if we required help. Also in two bed apartment only 3 cups, plates etc. When i went to pay bill, i was told it had already been deducted from credit card. Wasn't impressed with this. If I had any problems the amount had been deducted and I had no redress as no managers on duty at weekend, we were told.

The apartment was very well decorated, with a great modern feel to it. Excellent location of apartments.
There were a few of these - The oven/grill did not work. The crockery was dirty, and dishwasher was blocked. the cleanliness of the apartment was unaccepptable - dirty, empty food packets in cupboards, i had a cold shower as there was no hot water. Some of the guests were extremely loud at approx half four in the morning shouting and screaming for a prolonged time.

Good value for money for 5 people. Good location.
Noise from other apartments. Parking on street limited to 2 hours during the day. Can park overnight in nearby multi-storey but cannot access car until morning. Had to ask for more towels as not enough towels for number of guests staying.

Good space, good beds, well working bathroom, dishwasher and washing machine. quick fetching of toilet paper by the staff when we were out. Close to the city center.
The apartment didn't feel clean. Dirty floor, cereal in sink, not dusted on the window sills, dishes left in the dishwasher. The doors in the rooms slammed shut loudly. We could also hear the doors in other apartments slam.

Really good location, value for money and well maintained
No-one available on front desk on arrival - maybe could have a buzzer/mobile phone number to phone if desk is unattended. Need better website with all facilities, directions etc.

Requested particular type of room (1 double bed & 2 singles). Were given 2 doubles - not ideal as had to use the sofa bed which was not comfortable

The young lady checking us in and out was efficient and friendly. I was upgraded so the apartment was enormous for just two people - I'm not able to judge what it would have been like if we had the correct size apartment.
It was not as clean as it might have been - adequately clean, but not thoroughly clean..... The apartment I stayed in was well equipped but I did notice that it was badly equipped in terms of cutlery; had the full complement of guests been staying it would not have been sufficient. I found it difficult to adjust the blinds in the bedroom to make the room sufficiently dark for my liking but it was adequate.

This is a very central location. The apartment was well insulated so we were not disturbed by external noise at all. The apartment was roomy and comfortable and suited this party of three generations very well. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Nothing to fault except that, as the apartments had only been open for a few weeks there were a few teething problems with quantities of linen and crockery, but these were promptly addressed as soon as mentioned. There was no general handbook for the apartments but we understand this is now being prepared. The staff were not always up to speed with local knowledge - restaurant recommendations would have been helpful, but will no doubt come in time.

Loved the appartment! Stylish, attractive, and central to the city centre, comfortable and spacious with everything we needed for our stay. Liked that we could boost the heating if we needed to - it wasn't necessary to do so while we stayed but would encourage me to book in here in the winter months rather than staying anywhere else. The kitchen was a real bonus and had everything we needed.
No bad points to report.
