    "Ashtree house is a delightful stay for people who prefer good hospitality with the Atmosphere provided by a classic building with a warm fireplace. Will enter Scotland via Glasgow in future staying at Ashtree House at start and end of journey to rest up before and after flight." (108893866)

    Beautifully restored building with plenty of space and excellent bathroom facilities. Extreamly informed, interesting and hospitable proprietors. Ideally located for the person who wants the quiet of not being in a city centre but close enough to be practical.

    Restoration not quite finished yet.

    Very welcoming friendly atmosphere, the room was huge and the ensuite was lovely with a very large bath and large shower. Although in the town centre it felt like a large country house.

    No bad points.

    This is a lovely, listed building hotel. The staff could not have been more helpful and pleasant. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

    "I made my booking two weeks in advance and secured a two night stay. The owner had a family wedding recepetion on the day but insisted I join in and I was made to feel extremely welcome. The hotel itself was lovely. I would recommend it. " (107868287)

    Tasteful decor, clean rooms, friendly staff, excellent location (for Paisley)and very nice grounds.

    Beautiful building thoughtfully renovated to combine original Georgian features with contemporary design. The loveliest room we've stayed in (and we include 5 star hotels in this) and for a fraction of the price of many. Lovely personal service - we felt this was a gem of a find and will be back.

    The quiteness in the room, proximity to train station and airport, the breakfast, the effort of the hosts to assist.

    So many stairs to lug the suitcases up.
