    Facilities were clean. Location is good - good transport links. Amenities in immediate local area were good.

    Overcharged for breakfast. Slow check in service. No leisure facilities. Expensive for the level of facilities provided.

    Lack of parking which meant that after arriving at 11pm had to park 10 minutes walk away in a city that is unknown to us at a volitile time of night

    Staff very helpful and courteous. Bedroom facilities very good. Great tea making facilities in room. Breakfast excellent. Good location as we were attending MEN arena and Old Trafford. Great transport from your hotel location. Well done. Would definitely return and plan on doing so.

    Confusion when checking in as booking had not been received by the hotel. Debit card was charged £59 seven days after my stay. I have only just became aware of this so I need to sort it out with the hotel.

    Reception desk staff were polite and eager to please. Breakfast service was very well organised and very helpful staff were in attendance

    As a bank manager I do not agree with you requesting my credit card be opened with £30 debit and then at the time of checking out this amount was not debited from the outstanding bill. Why should I or any other guest have to wait for your authorisation to fall off my account! Not best practice - can cause problems!

    Level of service in restaurant was excellent, with staff exhibiting wide knowledge of wines on offer. Very friendly, but professional staff. The food was of a high standard, with a good, modern menu.

    Check in was slow. The desk area was busy and we had to wait for some time before being dealt with. The desk staff did not appear to have any knowledge of the local area and were not much help. They seem to rely on offering taxis.

    Bedroom fufilled the needs I had for a 3 night stay - not too cramped and good facilities. Breakfast had a full range allowing for a different choice each morning. Cheap parking rates and easy access to city centre

    I was disappointed with the evening meal in the restuarant as it did not live up to expectations of the rest of the hotel

    Room very clean, staff helpful and polite, location perfect.

    Car park was full on 2nd night meaning we had to park outside the grounds and I was not comfortable with that (plus slightly inconvenient as had a tiny child). Found space a little later and moved car.

    The cost of the room was excessive. I have stayed in similar type hotels and paid 50% of the price charged. The facilities did not warrant the cost. It was an average hotel

    "Friend and I used hotel to stay whilst visiting Take That Concert, (which was absolutely brill) however, we did get drenched during a rain storm at the event, was brilliant to be able to return back to our comfortable hotel room have warm shower and dry ourselves out.     After arriving at around 2-00pm i was told that there was no room in the car park, irrespective of the event i do not expect to pay over £200.00 a night and not be able to park my car anywhere near the hotel, on top of this i had to pay £10.00 to park the car approx 1/2 mile away, when i told this to the staff on the morning i was told that the parking was limited and that you were not responsible for refunding the £10.00. I travel the country every other week and if i can help it i will not stay at a Remada again.

    No room service, knowing that Take That was in town for a week, you should have had more catering staff, i was told that I would have to wait at least an hour at 11pm.

    had to pay for parking, no reserved parking, extra charge for breakfast, breakfast was starting to be packed away when we went down even though there was still 30 mins to go

    "Although I have mentioned a couple of bad points which were mildly irritating whilst there I cannot fault the hotel staff with regards to friendliness and helpfulness. I would consider staying in this hotel again but only at a discounted rate due to the issues I mentioned. I would expect a higher standard from a hotel with rates as high as this " (107362820)

    Staff were very helpful and friendly, room was very nice

    Glass in bedroom was chipped on arrival and was not changed or even washed by cleaner during our stay. Bed was not made properly, the duvet was just pulled up over the sheets which had not been fixed. Attempted to order room service on the first evening only to be told they had run out of the majority of options on the menu & the only meat that was available for sandwiches was bacon

    Room was great really clean with everything you could ask for !! Couldn't fault it !!

    The hotel ran out of water in the early evening of the first night and it didn't come back on until lunchtime the next day !! On checkout they did reimburse me £10

    cost to keep car in the carpark for an extra few hours was dreadful £10 per hour. Was advised to park on the car park opposite where my car was broken into.

    We were assigned a disabled room ( we did not request one)and were not informed at check in. When we checked at reception we were told that it was because the hotel was full.The mid week rate is very expensive.
