    "The Think appartments are spread out around the London Bridge area. It was quite difficult finding the reception to check in (the taxi driver was very confused!), then after booking in I had to walk with my luggage for 2 blocks to the appartment, which wasn't particularly enjoyable. The appartment was ok, basic, but clean. The major problem I had was that there was building work right next door, which isn't mentioned on the booking form, and the room was shaking with the noise of drilling and hammering between 8am and 5pm. This is fine if you are out of the appartment all day - unfortunately I wasn't and it was like torture. The reception staff were not very helpful when I complained." (108612482)

    As this is an appartment it gave more freedom than a hotel. The security of the building and appartment was good - important for a single female traveller.

    The noise from building work was constant between 8am and 5pm, the appartment was physically shaking from the drilling and hammering.

    I did fill in a questionnaire and left it at reception. Not sufficient towels for two. no hairdryer, sink in bathroom blocked, television kept swtiching channels. Location and appartment not as good as we expected from the website decription.

    Conveniently located, good facilities and comfortable furnishings.

    Light bulbs gone (this now seems to be a normal occurrence for the last 3 flats I have rented in your complexes), No wast bin in the kitchen. No radio/clock radio in the bedroom (nice to have a radio to listen to at night, and in the morning. I could not control the digital TVradio from the bedroom. Hence the bedside radio request).

    good access to transport, clean and fully equipped apartment.

    - no dvd player as mentioned on the website, so kids were very annoyed. - the blinds shutter did not work, lack of privacy when sleeping

    "Had a fantastic time whilst staying at these apartments and would recommend them to other people." (108642734)

    Very easy to find was nice to be able to come and go as we pleased and it was good to have parking at a good rate.

    Could do with some large mugs to drink out of.

    It was close to the event that we were participating in.

    There was no air conditioning, the facilities were a little too basic for the standard that we are used to. The TV was too complicated to work (you had to program it to make it work)

    "Would definately recommend staying here. 10 out of 10 for everything." (107347178)

    Everything was great. The hotel was clean, spacious, trendy and had everything you could possibly need.

    Only thing was that the tube was a bit of a walk - not too far though but was a bit of a pain when carrying bags etc but it was in walking distance

    Some of the staff were very helpful

    Noisy (Train / Aircraft / Road Traffic) Internet was not available for the first two days and the TV suffered from poor reception the whole duration of the stay. The size of the room which was advertised as a one bedroom but in actual fact was open plan and more like a studio. The bathroom was very small and the fittings were not secure.

    "I was surprised by the heat of the room in the mornings, especially as it was the tail end of winter. The rooms on the street side probably need shades as they are full glass window/walls, and the air conditioning is near useless in the mornings if the sun is shining. There is no escape from the heat, except to get out. I would not dream of staying there in a room on the street side in summer or warmer months, but it was ok by the afternoons in March. Shower water did not drain properly, not good. " (107449508)

    clean, relatively quiet on higher floor, when windows are closed. Good location.

    The room I stayed in on the street side was too hot two mornings out of three, so it was necessary to keep the windows open, which meant traffic noise was loud, it is on busy Tower Bridge Road. The air conditioning did not work properly and I could not use the phone without giving more credit card details, even to ask for assistance about facilities. Annoying, and there is no reception in the building. The shower did not drain properly, a bit of a problem.

    "Great value for money just please up the heating since this is apparently central." (107790307)

    The room was good value for money and clean on arrival. The weekly service was truely appreciated with the change of towels and cleaning of the facilities. Excellent location for transport and the supermarket and the tourist sites.

    The room was a bit cold could have done with some more heating. We would have also appreciate and extra supply of towels since it was two persons. Please have a broom put in along with the hand brush. It was very difficult to sweep during period the cleaning service was not available.

    Good location - 15 minutes walk to all atractions. 24 hours supermarket right opposite.

    We had to check-in around 10 pm. Staff was not well organised. Firstly, they could not find our keys, then they gave us the keys but there was another person sleeping in the room we booked, which was a big surprise! Finally, we got another room (they said somebody didn't arrive), but we couldn't relax, thinking what if this person would arrive...

    Location

    Windows didn't shut, items not fixed to bathroom wall, light switches not working - generally v.poor quality finish (typical apartment!) We had to use the electronic check-in which didn't work - it took 25 minutes but there was still person @ reception who 'wasn't able to check us in due to the late booking' - what a joke

    Very spacious. Well maintained room.

    Very close to train tracks so noise can be heard and may disturb.

    Good value for money. Apartment had a good layout and was very spacious. Good to have washer/dryer and cooking facilities as saved money on eating out/ordering expensive room service in a hotel. Staff acted quickly on requests and queries.

    Very hot due to design and the one window only opened a few inches - it was 30 degrees C in the apartment. You should supply fans in these rooms as once I had one on my second day, the problem was solved. No mirror near powerpoints in order to use hair dryer/straighteners, again requested and recieved on day 3.
