    "Excellent facilities and staff and good value for money" (107405386)

    New hotel so the facilities were in good order. The rooms was a decent size with excellent soundproofing which enabled us to get a good nights sleep. Staff very efficient and polite.

    Hard to pick a bad point, hoevert one nitpicking point would be that had breakfast started at 6.30am instead of 7 then we would most certainly have had a breakfast in the hotel.

    We found the process excellent and the staff very helpful and friendly. We were made to feel comfortable right from the beginning. Booking process via the internet went very smoothly and response time excellent

    The only negative comment we can make is that finding our way in was difficult as we are not use the road systems in Manchester. This was our first visit to the area. After our stay it became easier. Need clear instructions with booking confirmation.

    Sehr schönes Zimmer, gepflegtes Bad, freundliches Personal.

    Im Internet stand, man könne mit Maestrocards zahlen, das ging jedoch überhaupt nicht. Da unsere Karden nicht angenommen wurden, mussten wir um halb 12 nachts noch zum Flughafen zurück um Geld abzuheben.

    Inexpensive for an Airport hotel. Good condition due to it being very new. Frequent shuttle service to Air port.

    Obscene charges for WiFi and using the car park. This hotel was large enough to provide it's own shuttle service and still make profit at half that charged by the one guests are forced to use. I cannot believe that such a large chain could not learn from the American way of running hotels and providing service.

    "Excellent value and very close to the airport - made getting a relatively early flight easy. The bus to the termnals was 5 pounds sterling return." (107345465)

    Very friendly helpful desk staff. Very smart room.

    There were make up smudges all over the soap dispenser by the sink.

    The facilities were excellent

    The meal took over 30 mins from ordering to arival the staff, whilst reasonably polite could benefit on a bit of training as to how to be a lot more welcoming and still remain ultra-efficient

    hervorragendes hotel zu einem sehr fairen preis, grosszügige zimmer in ausgezeichnetem zustand, sehr freundliches personal

    chek-in bis 0.00 könnte manchmal ein problem sein - in unserem fall war es keines

    Lovely comfy beds with pristine linen. Fabulous walk in shower with a seat - excellent for my 77yr old mother Sound proofing excellent. Unaware of other guests in corridor or air traffic

    A Twin Room was booked, but we were put into a Double, no other rooms were free. We did howerver book Twin via the internet.

    "Passable hotel for the price - quality and service of the food offering will probably lead me to look for other accomodation in the Manchester Airport area in future. Billing for no show, has definately put me off Premier Inns !!" (107203378)

    Nice modern clean hotel - comfy beds quiet rooms.

    Quality of restaurant food at dinner was poor - there was some confusion over the reservation, Active Hotels had not sent through the booking confirmation, and i was (possibly because of this) - charged for a no show - this has now been sorted.

    Secure car park, short term luggage storage, excellent breakfast, close proximity to train station.

    Lack of laundry services one day, no lift for upper floors.
