  A very friendly hotel within easy walking distance of Haymarket and bus stops.

  Breakfast a little slow on the first morning mainly because all guests seemed to appear at the same time and only one waitress.

  "Very good. I had a very nice weekend. Sure, a place to return. Thank you" (107644047)

  Clean and calm place. Good breakfast. Nice and friendly staff. Easy to get there, not far from centre.

  Regular state of the mattress and the breakfast service start a little late (8:30)

  "Pretty good value for money, given the US dollar exchange rate at the time." (107574784)

  Owners very helpful in giving us driving directions. Location convenient to airport bus and to walking to old town (about 1 mile.) Great to have free wi-fi. Breakfast excellent. Very quiet room, and we could open the window for ventilation! (We like it cold at night: we stayed at end of November.)

  Room small, location of electrical outlets inconvenient for recharging appliances, would have liked a sign indicating how to use shower, as this type of on-demand heater is new to us

  "The staff and the hotel was excellent, and we were treated very well." (97484149)

  The hotel was clean and tidy. Linen was changed every two days. Food quality good. Convenience for the centre of Edinburgh and other attractions good.
