    good sized single room, parking OK, good breakfast

    wireless didnt work on one night, some of the carpets ie stairs bit tired

    The breafast was the best I have ever had.

    Window couldn't be shut without assistance, maid left my room unlocked all dat with the key on the out side of the door.

    The staff were very helpful and friendly. I got an upgrade - wouldn't like to have seen a standard room! The breakfast was plentiful and mostly good. The room and bathroom were clean. I thought the hotel was very reasonably priced especially as I was on my own which usually costs much more.

    The hotel is greatly in need of refurbishment and is shabby. The heating in the bedroom was too hot and although I put the radiators off there was a noisy large hot pipe which ran under the radiator and stayed on all night.

    Staff friendly and helpful.

    Jeden Morgen Kochschinken und die gleiche Sorte Käse. Keine Abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbuffet. Kaffee war lauwarm. Das Hotel war sehr laut(Partygäste/Straßenlärm). Eine Zimmertür ließ sich nur sehr schwer und laut öffnen. Zimmer - Reservierung/Verwaltung ist mangelhaft. Ich musste die erste Nacht in einem anderen Hotel übernachten. Für die letzte Nacht war mein Zimmer auch schon anderweitig vergeben. Musste beinahe eine Nacht im Auto verbringen, da in der Hochsaison schwer ein Zimmer zu bekommen ist.

    "Was excellent value for money, very clean and exceptionally friendly staff, every staff member was great" (107999253)

    everything about the hotel was excellent the staff were extremely friendly. There was some trouble at the hotel that night in relation to a private function that was being held but the staff were comendable in the way they assisted and looked after me.

    Very friendly staff, good breakfast and very comfortable bed/room. Only 4 miles from centre of Glasgow.

    No late night food, restaurant closed fairly early and no room service. Stingy on the soap and shampoo, but gave us lots when we asked for more.

    Entrance all looks a bit tatty and therfore first impression wasn't good but clean confortable room made up for this

    "Wouldnt recommend this hotel. Booked a double room and given a twin room, which they couldnt give us. We later came in late at night, soaking wet from having to walk home in torrential rain from a concert, no reception staff to give us room key or to order snack and a drink. Only one young girl running bar and reception. " (97688281)

    Good parking facilites. Good breakfast and breakfast waiter quick and efficient, good sized bathroom.

    Room in very poor state of repair, supposed to be an "executive" room but far from it. Dark, dingey room. Curtains hanging off rail. TV remote didnt work. Bathrrom was very damp, black spots all over roof, damp damage around bath, rusty/mouldy shower head, no slip mat in very slippy bath, bathroom radiator broken, loose wiring exposed. Lack of staff later at night.

    The lock on my room door was very basic. This hotel uses a mortice lockand key of the type that you can buy from any DIY store and so therefore, easy to break in.
