noise from room above inhibitive. delivery before 7 am woke us up. no menu for breakfast. too early a breakfast time for holiday location, more suited ti reps.

Staff very polite and friendly. We loved the 'Take Away' Table idea in the Breakfast room.
Nothing bad, we loved the Room Names rather than numbers.
