"Only stayed 1 night but very comfortable. My only problem was finding the guest hoouse, but I telephoned owners and they guided me there" (107716987)

Lovely big room. Comfortable, clean beds. Kevin and Sue were really warm and welcoming. Transfers to and from the airport were excellent
The breakfast was quite expensive and not that substantial

"Very nice, picturesque home and nice people and accomodating to our needs. The Three Horseshoe Tavern was the highlight of my stay, built in the 1500s, where I ate venison for dinner." (107344998)

Prompt transfer from the airport after contacting owner, lovely comfortable room, a lift to and from the pub in the evening. Early transfer to the airport the following morning. Very pleasant and friendly owners - we would highly recommend this guest house to anyone.

Excellent all round. Sumptious bedroom & en-suite facilities. Direct contact from the proprietor & he couldn't have been more helpful. TomTom took us straight to the location.

Collected from the airport, transported to and from the local pub (transport available within prestated times), early morning taxi arranged.
Location of the guest house could have been a problem if I had to find it myself.

"wish we had been staying more than one night, so we could have gone for walks etc" (108022763)
this is a lovely B&B in a pretty, quiet location. We used the car parking facility as we were flying from stanstead which worked really well. The owners are very friendly, the room and bathroom is superb, really comfortable bed and lots of coffee and nice biscuits. we smoke and there was a little table and chairs outside our room which was great.
it is a little bit difficult to find the accomodation and a detailed map would have been helpful when booking

Excellent, friendly, helpful staff. Well located with good pub down the road. Clean and typically English.

Kevin and Sue were excellent hosts. The Willows Guest House should be renamed "Willows Family House" because it felt like we were coming home. Admittedly, I was skeptical at first but the home, along with Kevin and Sue's reception, made our entire family want to come back again...and again!

Nice area. Convenient. Kind owner. All in good order.
(car park directly outside my room - some guests leaving early in the morning were very noisy - 1am. Not the owners' fault, of course. The gravel parking surface accentuates some of the noise of guests leaving.)
