    "Our son has recently started a course at the university and we were looking for somewhere we could stay on each visit. I doubt that we will be looking elsewhere unless the hotel is full and could not accomodate us." (108300260)

    The hotel was exactly what was advertised. We were very pleased with everything including the location, room, cleanliness, friendliness of the staff and the breakfast.

    No bad points to note.

    Lovely airy and comfortable room

    The Executive Suite is on the front of the hotel so expect some street noise in the early hours of the morning.

    No frills just pleasant stay and everything works!

    Not the hotel's fault. But we happened to hear someone's phone conversation so loud at 6am next door (another room). But it was ok as we need to wake up early too.

    Friendly and careful staff made sure everything was ok - including help with parking while I was working during the day. Comfortable and well thought out room facilities, felt like home from home.

    hotel being refurbished so dining room not in use. very tight entry to car park for a large car (mazda 6 sport)

    Good TV and DVD player. The challenge of getting into the car park!!!

    No central heating so v cold in room as only had electric heater which kept cutting out. Mis-matched furniture and curtains dirty and hanging off rails.

    "I travelled a long distance and I rested. I worked hard entertaining in Carmarthen centre and I relaxed at the Hotel and enjoyed my stay. Thanks" (108094471)

    Homely Staff. Welcoming frendly atmosphere. Helpful and informative. Had two good comfortable nights sleep. New modernization of on suit facilities well done.

    Some of the building is in need of modernization.
