  no really problem

  the food is not good breakfast and italian restaurant and it is not a UK problem because wa have travelling during more than two weeks in UK and three nights at the hotel. The staff looks really unhappy (problem of fees ?, and we seems to be not welcome

  "Would have marked it 10/10 if the room had been perfect, instead it only gets 9/10" (107265552)

  Really nice hotel, very friendly staff

  The only thing i noticed wrong with the room was that the cleaners do not move furniture when hoovering as there was a noticeable build up of dust on the carpet and skirting boards.

  "Not impressed with this 'resort' at all. Very overpriced for basic facilities and staff were impersonal towards guests. " (107157349)

  The hotel is near to the town centre.

  The hotel had no record of my booking although it was confirmed online the day prior to travel, the room was very basic and small, staff generally appeared aloof and not at all interested in guests.

  "Nice Hotel, nice complex, but had to go into town for a drink. " (99659932)

  Nice working staff

  No restaurant, Couldn't get in the Hotel bar, because only people with RED wrist bands were allowed in from the Harley Davidson group.

  "great all round resort over the years it has improved greatly just small things spoil it but im sure it could be sorted" (107130804)

  exceptionally helpfull member of staff miss hay at reception took care of our complaint there and then very nice and cheerfull

  banging doors all night in the hotel then a member of the cleaning staff let themselves in to our room at 8.10am woke us all up and terrified the kid's, also an unbeleavable amount of local drunken teenagers we counted 40 prowling around the resort and main street in a noisey gang causing a lot of trouble which seemed to be ignored by the local police which i have forwarded to my local paoers and m.p when all we hear about is the culture of binge drinking problems these days not what we expected i think this was the first time we'd come accross it in aviemore.

  "excellent facilities, kids happy,excellent service with polite and efficient staff especially as my son was sick and staff responded quickly and efficiently to replace the bedding for us." (97479861)

  leisure facilities excellent, kids loved the pool.

  only on internet booking as never asked whether children were with you and could not book a cot online, nevertheless the excellent staff arranged for one straight away.

  "Good." (97264117)

  All Foreign staff were excellent. Excellent facilities.

  The British girls working at the swimming pool were very unhelpful, bordering on down right rude. I did consider making a complaint about them. The booking sight did not have enough photos.
