we were in room 7 and the fan from the room below stayed on makeing a noise and keeping us awake untill 1-30am on friday night, not plesent

Everything is absolutely the best with Beresford House in Bangor NI. We have lived there once before and we will surely return when we visit Bangor again. The owners Carol and Ken are lovely, the breakfast rich and good and the Beresford House is central situated and in front of the marina with a wonderful view. Best recommendations!

Very friendly, very clean and well appointed.
No willingness to accomodate requirements for either an early or late breakfast (breakfast was from 8 to 9, that's it!!).

"Everything in the hotel was very pleasant and it has a beautiful dining room overlooking the marina where breakfast is served, but the fact that no evening meals are served was a definite disadvantage and is the reason that I probably won't use the hotel again. Such a pity." (107650029)
Beautiful decor. Very friendly/helpful proprietors.
No evening meals served in hotel. For a solo female business traveller, this was not good as it meant having to go out in the evening to sit alone in a resturant in an unfamiliar town or go without an evening meal at all, which is what I did.

The B&B was very well appointed like a mini Country House Hotel. The house was very clean, Breakfast was Excelant with plenty of choice. Parking wase safe with plenty of space with in the grounds of the house. All of the staff were very helpfull. It is also in a very Quiet part of Town with lovely views over the bay.

The situation of the hotel, the friendliness of the staff, the fact that it has a bar and a lift, the facilities in the room, the excellent breakfast, the convenient parking . . . . Need I say more?

Excellent accommodation with friendly staff. Location good for access to centre of Bangor
Not really any bad points. Serving of breakfast for business users could start earlier but this would not deter me from using the Hotel.

The managers were very friendly and helpful, nice location, some great views.
Only bad point was the online booking process, I had no idea what the B&B would be like until I got there; I was very pleasantly surprised.

Bright, clean, freshly decorated. Very helpful and pleasant staff. fantastic view.
Cistern in toilet was noisy. It made a noise and woke me up once or twice during the night.

Excellent staff, excellent view
No bad points at all for the hotel itself apart from some noisy teenagers who woke us up at 5AM, perhaps because it was a Saturday night and they did not have anything to do but annoying the neighbourhood.

The interior decor was lovely and very calming. Bedrooms were warm and the beds very comfortable.Staff very friendly and helpful The breakfast very nicely cooked and I felt I could take my time over the meal. Excellent.
