    "Woman travelling alone on a business trip so needed was very close to my working location. Compact flat which catered well for my needs." (108294854)

    Brand new studio apartment with very good self catering facilities. Generally very clean and tidy. Compact.

    On street parking only. Difficult to park. Close to very busy railway however the soundproofing did compensate for this.

    the room was stylish and well presented. Spacious and comfortable- more of a home to home and thoroughly value for money

    The remote controll was not working and the tioletries left much to be desired!

    I have stayed before at the marlin apaaaartmetns and its great to have the services it offers and at a good standard for central london we were upgraded a nice surprise the locatuion is good for me

    this time i was dissapointed in the cleanleness and i woudl liek a response for this i staye din room 30 and were i stayed before the room looked like it had been cleaned very quickly the crper in the lounge was hoovered very poorly there were marks up the wall in about three place looks like a fizzy drink has been sprayed , tea and coffee sachet were one cup and thats it and shower gel one bottle when i booked the room for two people i hoep i don't recieve this standard next time or i would not book again

    Very well appointed rooms. Good value. Comfortable beds

    Couldn't get a parking space and public car park Strtford is 5-10 minute walk. The worst broadband connection I have ever experienced - I have stayed here before and experienced the same - it is so bad they really shouldn't advertise it as available. If you are going to stay here and need the internet better get a 3G card.

    Appartement spacieux, bien meublé et bien équipé, propre

    Cafetière sale, filtre moisi ! verres sales rangés dans l'armoire. Plancher bois très bruyant quand on se déplace

    Seriously I would never expect to stay in such an apartment. It had everything! 32" TV, DVD player, fully equipped kitchen. I paid a little over 100 pounds a night and I must say it was worth it 100%.

    The reception was small. It should be bigger and better. They could also have wifi. They do provide free wired internet.

    Very clean, safe and central. All equipment worked well although bath was slow to empty.

    Quality and decor of room - very nice

    Customer Service was appauling - parking was appauling. Due to their poor parking spaces i popped a tyre on the Saturday morning and when asking for help was rudely spoken to and given no help even though it was not my fault -awful.

    Apartment was beyond spotless, it could just have been built, and was very well appointed.

    Apartments not easy to find, perhaps a map and bigger sign.

    Nice, clean luxurious apartments.

    - we soon realised why it was cheap for what you got, the fact we had no sleep ALL night due to proximity of the railway and tube lines. - very poor management of staff, could not seem to manage at all doing their job. - we had great difficulties trying to check in, such as having to walk to the nearest cash point, which wasn't very close atall, due to lack of credit card equipment and poor staff. - lack of staff.

    To say that I booked this apartment at 11:30pm on the Friday night for the Saturday I could not recommend any more highly. Absolutely fantastic- brand new modern interior and service and value for money excellent! Would love to be a permanant resident inn such a plush apartment!

    Excellant room condition.

    Room was not ready for use, front door would not close shut and therfore had to be moved to another room.No milk provided as stated in the brochure.No wine bottle opener not provieded as part of the cultery.
