Room clean and tidy, warm and comfprtable bed. Good well cooked breakfast
Fairly tired seaside guest house accommodation. Described as 'luxury' but definitely not

Friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast.
Bad stain on ceiling. could hear plumbing and fan from above during the night.

"Absolutely would recommend to anyone. It was lovely and relaxing." (108085373)
The hotel was clean and well maintained. All staff were friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Food was fantastic - both breakfast and evening chocie of meals.
Parking was a bit tight but luckily we managed to grab a space round the next street when there was not any space left at the front of the building.

A very clean hotel. room 9 overlooks the sea with very good views. excellent breakfast and very pleasant staff. would stay there again if in the area.
