Clean with comfortable beds; very quiet, no disturbances; staff dealt with a problem very quickly; dinner in the restaurant excellent
Booked as a triple room but only sufficient towels, cups etc for two. But please see above; breakfast seating arrangements seemed a bit inadequate at busy times

Lack of towels there were three staying and we had to ask every day for more towels, glasses etc No refrigerator in room Hairdryer in a drawer in the bed room rather than the bathroom is useless

Clean, functional. Breakfast not bad
TV remote onle had one battery and no battery cover - only discovered this at 11.30 at night and too much hassle at the time to chase this up. Hotel has no character, but it's relatively new and in London so perhaps shouldn't expect more.

"Chose hotel for it's particular location (close to Sadler's Wells) and, whilst the cost was more than we had originally intended, we had a very comfortable, enjoyable stay - so it was worth it." (108796168)
Having both an opening window and air conditioning was very welcome as we are both fresh-air fiends for bedrooms. Foyer lounge seating very comfortable (especially the higher armchairs - good for the less able).

Good value for B&B for the area; clean, modern and pleasant hotel; friendly and efficient staff; excellent shower; decent breakfast.
Wireless broadband should be free, but otherwise it's difficult to think of any bad points to be honest.

Central to location where event was on
Stayed for 3 nights, on checkin I had to advise that I was booked in on B&B, each morning I had an ordeal to get breckfast as I was advised that no breckfast was included even tho it stated clearly on confirmation. Also the hotel tried to overcharge for stay by nearly £100, this was yet another fiasco to deal with.

I was amazed to see the poor condition and service of the hotel. It was very hard to believe that it was a five star hotel. The room was very small and the bathroom was intolerably narrow, small, old styled and very cold. We requested to book a taxi in the morning at a particular time. This was not booked at all and we had to, in fact run on the street to get a black cab as we were going to miss our train.

First impressions of approach to hotel very pleasing, the continuity of which was uninterrupted over the one night stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom facilities were good and the staff were very helpful. Easy to find a bus back to Paddington Station the next day.
The remote control for the television did not work. The cooked food at breakfast could have been a bit hotter.

Close to main train station - Kings Cross/St Pancras and few minutes walk to Angel underground made getting around London so easy from here. Breakfast was good value for money as buffet style which set you up for the day. While they dont have room service they do provide a tray service which means you order your meal/snack and they call you when ready, you then go and collect and take to room, this is good as you dont have a room service fee and can still eat in your room which as a female travelling alone I prefered for evening meals.
I had a family room which was a great size but needs to have a small fridge in room so you can keep snacks/drinks cold. I dont like long life milk so had to buy small bottle each day and keep in bathroom to try and keep fresh!

Easy booking process, pricing was clear (no hidden extras). Good location, 5 mins. from tube station. Clean hotel, including the room, friendly staff.
Only bad point - drinks vending machine, took my money but did not deliver my drink.

I bookd over the internet. However, on the day of booking in the hotel rang to say my debit card was declined for some reason. I sorted it out, but if I hadn't got email direct from hotel and arrived there, my room would have been given to someone else. You need to ensure that DEBIT cards are properly accepted otherwise guests could be caught unawares because they hadn't used CREDIT card.
