    "We enjoyed 9 nights in Pembrokeshire and the Broadmead was our final 3 nights' stay. It was clean, comfortable and welcoming." (107302025)

    Staff attentive. Food quality excellent.

    Room (number 7). Door to room doesn't open fully, making it difficult to manoeuvre cases. Although we stayed 3 nights, complimentary biscuits only provided for arrival. Pillow along base of mattress at join - we suspect it might be broken. Not a problem for us - heavier guests might suffer.

    the room we had was very nice- much larger and comfortable than we had expected.

    staff in the evening in the bar didnt seem too pleased to serve us, there was no coffee available despite it being only 10pm. the lights around the room were turned off around us whilst we were still chatting and drinking!

    The food was ok. My boyfriend's lamb was overcooked and my fish had a hair in it. We did get a glass of wine on the house as compensation.

    "A satisfactory hotel, but a bit dated. Would probably suit older couples, but having said that it is a 15 minute walk uphill and downhill into the town. The shower unit in particular needs attention , as do details such as wood chip wallpaper. " (107338110)

    Good Breakfasts. Was able to check in early. Friendly staff. Flat screen TV.

    Bathroom was a bit dated. Car parking was a bit limited/tight squeeze. One window would not close at all.

    "Despite two of our party of four being unwell, we had an enjoyable weekend not least due to the 'at home' feel of the hotel" (107409029)

    A warm welcome from the proprietor / staff and evening meal offered despite our later than planned arrival. Clean and comfortable accommodation, excellent food, well stocked bar and cosy lounge area.

    The public rooms were lovely and breakfast was very good.

    The room was tiny and the noise of traffic on the road outside, along with the noise of other guests going up & down stairs, (which were next to our room) and doors slamming, made getting to sleep very difficult.

    "Although there was a mixed age range of guests, the hotel comes across as aimed more at pensioners. The room we had (last one available) was cramped and you would not want to spend too much time in it, but we did see bigger rooms. The small 14" TV had few channels. A review we looked at from a group of ramblers suggested the walk back from Tenby was arduous being uphill and along dimly lit roads, but we found the walk back pleasant (and we don't ramble only social walking) and the roads well lit. The review that suggested the food was good was spot on. We only had breakfast but it was very well cooked and delicious." (107159734)

    Room was rather small. Big shower room but no shelves to put anything on.

    Very pleasant and attentive staff. Great dinner menu. Food well prepared and served both for breakfast and dinner. Nice large conservatory for some quiet reading. Well kept garden.

    Bathroom equipment in poor shape and in dire need of a serious make-over. The Double bed in the "deluxe" room was in fact two single beds strapped together instead of a proper queen or king size. Poor choice of TV channels for a 3star hotel (no cable service)
